It was very clean and what I really appreciated: the large towels that could also fit not so skinny people (as myself). I also liked that they provide dental kit (toothbrush and a small toothpaste), I travel a lot through Europe and until now I didn’t find a dental kit in any other hotels. The shower cabin vey spacious and the bathroom well equipped and again very clean!!

Slippers were missing which is a big NO taking in consideration that the floor is not covered with carpet and it’s very cold. The plugs were sufficient enough but on the side with the closet there was no plug. The beds were on wheels (we asked for a double room with twin beds) and any wrong turn you were getting wheeled away. The minibar didn’t have two of each product even though I made the reservation for two people.

The rooms are quite simply furnished so it isn't a luxury hotel. However, we had a minibar/fridge and air con. Bathroom was spacious with shower over the bath and water was hot. The bedroom, bathroom and other areas were all very clean. Beds were comfortable, bedding was cool cotton and towels were a good size and soft ( I hate crunchy towels!) All of the staff, from reception and bar to the cleaners and the man who cleaned the pool and took us to airport were all extremely friendly and helpful. We paid less than £300 for a twin room for 3 nights over Easter and I think that is amazing value. Having the pool and roof terrace to relax on was great too. The weather was fabulous so it was lovely to be able to have a swim..it was under cover so we could go in the morning and it was warm inside. Jacuzzi wasn't boiling hot but it would probably be too hot in the heat if it was much hotter! My husband and son had breakfast and a couple of meals and said the food was nice. My daughter and I just got some croissants from the Aldi a few minutes walk away and had coffees from the bar. Ate at a fantastic pizza place about 5 minutes away where food was excellent and staff friendly. 2 huge pizzas and 2 soft drinks for 30 euros. We went in to Madrid 2 of the days and an Uber was around 22 euros each way. Didn't take long to get there and the uber arrived within minutes. Had free transport to airport too. Had to get an uber to hotel as it was a Bank Holiday but that was only 13 euros. If you go into Madrid, I would recommend the eco tuk tuk tour. Only had time for the 1 hr express one but it was fab. Also the Flamenco show near Gran Via was good fun! I would definitely go back to Madrid and to this hotel.

Nothing! Although it may have been nice to be in the middle of Madrid, we actually enjoyed being close enough to enjoy Madrid but also having the pool and space to relax.

extremely welcoming and accommodating staff, gave us a family room and also gave us an additional room for no extra fee as we requested two separate rooms. Loved the shuttle bus to the airport and having the pool facilities.

weren’t many pool beds shuttle bus wasn’t on weekends couldn’t requested for a bus to pick up from festival for the weekend or request one to get us when we were stuck and walking home at 4am but understand not within their policy.

Room was perfect...quiet and bed was huge and very comfortable Location was great for businesses in area and bonus shuttle to drop off at the office!

breakfast selection was good but eggs looked like they had been there a while...could be better to have less cooked more often

phenomenal staff; decent hotel gym, cleanliness,

bed felt like it was made of cement; didn't originally have a lounge chair (but staff brought me one)

I liked the breakfast buffet, the service at the restaurant, the warm pool in the winter and having the crib available at the room for my baby.

The receptionist were all quite cold. They have transport service to and back from the airport but without a baby car seat I couldn't use it. They charge for extra towels if you want to go to the pool. The bed is super hard.

Nice hotel staff are very nice

No drink around pool in very hot hear No room service, bar service after 3pm although reception will kindly get you water. No kettle in room

Bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully cleaned, only thing it lacked was tea and coffee making facilities put a kettle in would make a difference.

Could of had tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Very good hotel, I was here for work with 5 other colleagues and the hotel catered for all of us, the food in the restaurant was fabulous along with the staff, the barman Yaser was a pleasure to be around

The cost of the breakfast is quite steep

We were only in the hotel one night so we didn't get a chance to use the pool.

I thought the breakfast could have been better.
