excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean room, nice & friendly staff, not too far from metro station (~15-20 min. on foot), easy checking and checkout

pretty limited space in the room, even finding a place for a big travel bag was quite a challenge. Everything else was good.

The bed, the small room and the staff. Lovely hot water in the big shower and everything was clean. There wasn't one unfriendly staff member.

Sad that not much fresh food was on offer. The reception and waiting area was somewhat chilly. The small bar, which was too expensive, had some games available for children and families but after lots of use, some were incomplete, like the one pack of playing cards.

when we got back to our room At 20:00 hrs we had to listen to two dogs barking and howling in room next door It continued for just under the hour after complaining to reception staff. Why are dogs aloud to stay in rooms on their own???????? Really spoilt it for us

We just stayed for a few hours so we can sleep a bit. The bed was incredible. My room was huge, but my brothers was tiny. I guess it's about luck.

It is ok for being an "airport" hotel.

Second stay at ibis madrid Hotel. very much as before

Price more plus the extras which we were unaware of until arrival, pet and parking extra 23 euros taking our stay to over 100 euros a night

It was convenient, and had parking. We were passing through Madrid, and needed an hotel for us and our dog. The staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast was very good.

Great value for price, comfy beds, friendly staff.

Building seemed a bit run down, but so did the entire area, so I can't blame the property alone.

We went over the weekend and the area was empty and free to park the car there. The room was very clean and a pretty quiet area as it's in an industrial area. All together, value for money has been really good.

Pretty slow check-in as there was only one lady and she did her best. Over the weekend the area is absolutely empty and there are no bars, so no real option to take breakfast somewhere else.

Breakfast was marvellous with a big choice and all good natural food.

I was disappointed in not seeing some greenery, trees, grass a small garden area to sit out and relax

The room is great, the bathroom is great, the shower is spacious, the staff are all great, the tv is very satisfying, and the bed is very comfortable.

The aircond was not functioning, but since we didn't want to change room, we decided not to say anything to the staff. The pizza crust was too hard, we could hardly bit on it.
