The rooms very pretty big for long stay. The bathrooms were big and comfortable . Beds were perfect size with very comfortable mattress and pillows. The floors were not noisy at all. Friendly staff and good location . Very close to mall and supermarkets.

I just needed and iron and a kettle if was possible . I was there for 3 weeks and a kettle was a must.

Spacious rooms, massive bed, easy check in. Vending machines & fridges to purchase refreshments, snacks & coffee in lobby. Perfect for a one night/airport stay. Receptionist was very helpful and even helped us arrange a takeaway as we arrived late.

It’s not actually an airport hotel. We spent 20 or so minutes in a taxi with a driver who struggled to find the place, airport t4 implies it’s easier. Perfect once we arrived but be aware.

We returned as we had a great experience the first time. Fab friendly staff, v large bed, large room size, free water in cartons not plastic bottles. Free tea & coffee. Great breakfast.

Our only issue was that we were put in a room on the same floor / in the middle of a rowdy school trip- 2 am kids were still shouting & running up & down corridors despite asking them to keep the noise down. Not great when you have an 8 hour drive the following day.

Absolutely superb. Fabulous large & comfortable bed. Need not have brought my own pillow as they are comfy. The room is lovely & spacious. It’s really clean & well equipped. Soft towels & nice shampoo/body wash. Great water pressure in the shower. Good hair dryer too. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicioso. Our dogs were made welcome everywhere too. We will definitely be back.

Room was comfortable, and the facilities excellent

The AC wasn’t working, the room was extremely hot, we opened the windows but this resulted in a lot of motorway noise. The girl on reception did explain there had been a problem with some of the rooms and did offer another room.

Free coffee next to the reception counter. Receptionist answered phone and addressed issues found onsite. Cleaning staff performs room cleaning daily.

Doesn't have laundry service. Its in an odd location - not to far nor too close to the airport and the Alcobendas SS de los Reyes metro station that takes you directly to Sol. So, a taxi was needed (walking to and from metro station is around 30 mins, so über is needed.)

The room was very clean. And it was large enough. I like this location as it is next to the best shopping mall and good restaurants.

The bed mattress is too soft. I missed some stiffness

Nice, clean and comfortable room for a business trip night. Big free parking.

Location not handy if the idea is tourism in Madrid. Not a nice area to walk around. But very convenient when in business.

Fruits, coffee & nuts where there

Overall breakfast experience was not so good. Food was cold, not a lot of options to choose from, no vegetables and dining room tables where all shaky.

The women working the front desk were incredibly helpful. I only speak a little bit of Spanish and they went above and beyond to help me order dinner for delivery and schedule an Uber to the train station in the morning. They could not have been kinder.

I wish there was a free shuttle to/from the airport. Taxis are super expensive (30 euro flat rate anywhere to/from the airport) so you end up spending more than you plan for.
