Clean and modern building ideal for our stop off before onward drive to Santander… with parking right in front. Great! And… buffet breakfast included in the price which was absolutely fine and enjoyable with tea, coffee, fruit,cake, cereal mainly continental which was fine. There are three restaurant’s within close walking distance plus others if you wanted to walk a lot further or drive. The staff were very efficient and friendly/ helpful.

The only thing we didn’t like was the air con made a droning sound which meant we had to turn it off to sleep.

This is a hotel in the outskirts of Madrid, not far from Barajas. I chose it because I needed to stay outside the M30 with my car and had another hotel nearby the next day. Further, I absolutely needed a close parking slot to unload my heavy luggage. The hotel fulfilled all these criteria, was quiet, clean, bed was comfortable, had a good shower, TV and mini fridge. The breakfast was included and was a good buffet. Big thanks to the super nice and helpful personnel for all tips in my first day in Madrid.

There are not many restaurant options nearby but for me not a problem at all. All good.

Everything was more than expected, very nice and clean hotel, room in which we stayed (116) is big, comfortable bed, big bathroom, just top. Employees are professional, polite (reception crew very good, helpful, very good with speaking english. Housekeeping staff aswell very polite and ready to help. The small lady that was helping with breakfast is the most nicest person i have ever seen in hotels!!) Owerall, big BRAVO. I'm for sure coming back! Keep on doing great job!

The best hotel staff in all areas (reception, restaurant, etc) I have seen in many years, also comparing their service and friendliness to higher price class hotels staff that one can find in Ciudad Lineal.

It's a shame that such great staff is not matched by some of the equipment in the room, which makes noises and cracks during the night (air conditioning) or early morning (toilet door handle) when one goes to the bathroom. Another special mention deserve some guests (British couple in this case) who do not respect night times and keep talking loud or slamming doors way past midnight.

The breakfast was a delightful surprise! I particularly enjoyed the focus on local products, which added a unique touch to the meal. The presentation was clean and inviting, and the service was swift and efficient. This was definitely a great way to start the day.

Regrettably, the one drawback of my stay was the strong scent used throughout the hotel. While I understand the desire to create a signature ambiance, the fragrance was a bit overpowering for my personal taste and occasionally felt intrusive.

Quick check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff at check in/check out/on phone /breakfast. A shout out to Matte in the breakfast area for moving quickly, keeping things flowing and smiling early in the morning. Breakfast offerings varied and much more than I expected. Room was well-stocked.

A bit tricky to find. More signage? Had to wait quite a long time for elevator upon arrival from ground floor to reception.

The people were really good and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The personnel also replied to all requests and help asked.

The location is really difficult to reach via public transportation. There is a bus stop but the schedules are not followed. The city of alcobendas is also away so better to move via uber/taxi. Also the area is business so no leisure options nearby in walk distance.

The location was not very convenient for travelling around. There could usefuly have been a detailed description and map of local bus, metro and train routes from the hotel to various locations in Madrid (and ALcobendas, Cantoblanco, Alcobendas, Airport, etc . - for all guests. We asked for directions, but these were given in direct resquests - given to obscure location of the hotel, a guide would really have made a difference!

We had a busy schedule. Did not have time to go to breakfast area. Went down to breakfast area to get coffees and croissants to take to the room. There was no coffee in the room. The male receptionist told me that I could not take the two coffees and croissants to the room. He said that he did not know if we would come back to the breakfast area. He treated me as if I were a theif. Will never stay there again.

The night receptionist, Ericka, was absolutely the most professional customer service provider I have experienced in Spain. I arrived late on a Wednesday and a holiday night and asked about restaurants. She provided several options. The receptionist the next morning was # 1 behind her. Breakwater was very good.

The location is very isolated. A shuttle to the airport would be a great incentive for people to book.
