Elba Almeria Business & Convention Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel a few times , it is clean ,the staff are very welcoming ,it has what we need and is convenient for the hospital. It is close to all the amenities ,so we can just park the car conveniently outside the hotel ,and walk wherever we want to go . The breakfast is excellent ,you can have a cooked breakfast or various cold meats /cheese .. cereals ,yogurts and fresh fruit .perfect

This time ,there was a problem with the bed base on the right side . It had a terrible creaking noise every time I moved ,which kept me awake ..The mattress was very comfortable though . We have found that we prefer to have a room towards the back of the hotel ,as it is quieter than the ones at the front . Other than that the hotel is perfect for our needs . . It would be nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the rooms .

The hotel reception staff are very welcoming ,there were refreshing drinks available on arrival in the summer . Check in is simple The rooms are spotless and have what you need . Comfortable beds and enough power points In the room . Large bathroom with hairdryer .Nice big towels and complimentary shampoo and bath gel . No complaints from us . This is the second time we have used this hotel .It is very well places as the shopping centre is a matter of minutes walk , and it's very convenient for the hospital

I wish there was conditioner in the bathroom in place of the washing body gel .. other than that it's pretty great .

The hotel is very smart, and in an excellent location . The room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable ..we requested extra pillows ,which we were provided with . Room service was easy to order. The staff were very pleasant and helpful . The buffet breakfast was very nice ,with a good variety .Eggs and bacon were available on request .

Wasn't very impressed that when ordering room service that they had not got a lot of the pizza toppings , yet there were plenty of these available at breakfast the next morning . The contents of the mini bar are very expensive , very inflated prices ,take your own drinks and snacks !

the hotel was a perfect location for our shopping trip, when we checked in, which was very efficient and easy, they said as we had booked a triple room, we may be more comfortable in their suite, which had more space. They upgraded us to the suite, which had 2 double bedrooms and a lounge area, plus large bathroom and great views over Almeria. This was a lovely bonus to our couple of days away. Also parking was easy to access, with a lift up to reception and rooms

Big rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Big bathroom. In front of the hotel some free parking space but also a garage available. The breakfast was good with many options. Staff very nice and helpful. .It's quite far from the centre but there is a bus stop near by. It's very easy to use the bus . Also a big shopping center just the opposite of the hotel

Chose this hotel as my husband was in local hospital which is close by. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. In terms of facilities- good selection at breakfast- good food in restaurant although lots of lovely tapas bars around the hotel.

No sitting out area which would have been nice as we had to wait 10 days to be repatriated.

Staff were all very friendly, room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The windows were very well insulated because it was quiet in the room despite looking out over a busy roundabout. We also didn't need to use the heating even though it was cold outside - the temperature was very even and comfortable the whole time. Breakfast was excellent, underground parking was convenient, WiFi worked well.

We use this hotel for its very convenient location. It is always welcoming and gives good value for money.

The restaurant for evening meals is not good, we ordered turbot they didn’t have it, so had dorado which they priced the same. My husband had cod which came without the potato fritters! However, the staff are good so we don’t complain just inform them.

The staff was super nice and welcoming, very accommodating. The room was huge; I didn't expect that size (it feels bigger than 35m)—also an enormous bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and made me feel safe. There's a mini-bar as well. On the other side of the road, there's a huge shopping center with a supermarket. On the other side of the hotel, there are a few great bars and restaurants. If you're coming without a car - it's about 4km from the beach. I liked it because it was pleasant and not hectic or noisy around.

There are delicious dining options very close by. If you're stressed with time in the morning, then eat the hotel's breakfast. Otherwise, go somewhere else. It's an OK breakfast, but the value for money isn't great.

The temperature regulator made a buzzing noise in the middle of the night as if it was going to burn and woke me up. It happened a couple of times and I was able to stop it by changing the temperature
