This a good hotel in a very good location near to many tapas opprtunities and decent restaurants. Also close to the main shopping street with taxis to take you to the two shopping malls, Mediterraneo (smallish) and Torrecadenas (large). There are also some sightseeing opportunities not far away. The rooms are comfortable well equipped.

The hotel buffet breakfast is to be avoided. We came down around 40 minutes before the buffet was due to close and found that things had not been replaced, There was some fresh fruit, apples and pears but other prepared fruit consisted of a bowl of cut up melon. The choice of cooked items was not good with tired bacon and rubbery scrambled egg. Best option if the weather is OK is their small terrace where they serve traditional Spanish coffee and toast etc,

Rooms were great; AC worked very well. Great showers and comfy beds. Would highly recommend. Location very central.

Very good value for money. Very helpful staff at reception. The only issue we had was that the cleaning staff banged on our door and tried to enter 3 times before we were due to leave. This has never happened me before and I didn't appreciate this behaviour at all. I know staff want to go home etc. but there are limits....

This is an excellent hotel, situated in a relatively quiet location right in the centre of Almeria. Rooms are clean, spacious, air conditioned and comfortable with attached bathrooms of a high standard. There is good Wi-Fi & the hotel does a good buffet style breakfast at reasonable cost. There is the option to eat on the terrace at the front of the hotel in the evening, however one is spoiled for choice in the surrounding neighbourhood. All major attractions are within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel, 20mins walk to rail/bus station & the beach. I would choose to stay again & definitely recommend!

The hotel is ideal for a short stay. Very centrally located for bars and tourist attractions. Good value and clean. The staff were all helpful, friendly and informative. The check- in process was straightforward. Attached next door to the hotel there is a small bar / cafe with patio heaters outside with a nice vibe for a coming home drink.

Only a minor thing that there was nothing in the rooms about what to do if towels were unused in this world of trying to be more environmentally friendly.

The hotel was faultless. Everywhere was clean, staff were very helpful, breakfast was very good. The location is perfect within walking distance of everything. There were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room which would be an improvement. Overall an Ideal place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!!

location was excellent-close to lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Also close to the Cathedral and Alcazaba. Covid rules very good. staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold food. we just had the cold food but still plenty. Room was small and towards the back of the hotel. we were only there for one night so this did not matter. lift available to upper floors. no restaurant as such but a "taberna" that had some choice. Good shower - almost too good as the tray filled up quickly.

The hotel was on the noisy side as you heard everyone coming and going and when they were in the shower etc. also some areas of the room were a little tired. The corridors had a bit of a fusty smell (sort of like damp). we could not use the jacuzzi spa without paying extra for a super room. Treatments were extra but that is to be expected.

The best hotel in Almeria, in my opinion, for location and facilities, friendly and approachable staff, comfortable rooms and a great bar at the front in a quiet square.

Everything was very good. I would recommend changing the individual bottles of bath gel and shampoo for dispensers so that it involves less plastic.

The location was great, right in the center of Almería. The staff was nice and friendly. Good breakfast, it has everything a person needs.

The need to request the parking slot (ticket) everyday, to access the Parking Garage. It could be a single ticket for all the clients days in the hotel (just a suggestion :) ). The AC could be always turned on, at least in the top floors, since the heat is extreme (40 degrees) and it’s “burning” up there every time we arrived.

The room wasn't ready, so they gave us a complimentary drink & tapas whilst we waited. The room allocated to us Wasn't the room we had upgraded, too, but was charged for the room we originally booked (with parking included) we didn't have the patience to challenge this as was only 1 night here.
