Overall, we had a really good stay in a standard double bed room. It's really good value for the price. Positives: The room was very clean, good size, beds were comfortable, quiet, and had a minifridge, TV, AC, a desk and table, couch. The hotel had a small gym and a pool on the 3rd floor, both nice and clean. Good price and great location!

There was no welcome water or coffee machine in the room (which is a standard for a 4-star hotel). Some of the appliences were a bit dated (ex. termostat and wallpaper). Only got one key for two people. Reception forgot to give me the wifi password when checking in. There was no free parking, parking in the street is also not possible close by, as its very central.

Located in town center within easy walking distance to all things in the town. Excellent breakfast and front desk staff were lovely. Easy parking with valet service. Interior a little dated but clean. Our rooms had been renovated and were small but comfortable. During the summer this resort town is probably alot of fun to visit as it is right in the middle of the resort area.

No ac in our room. Very warm during the night. I know it is their winter but the rooms get so stuffy with a fan or any way to get ventiliation.

Location central, easy to get around on foot. No parking and tiny narrow streets so need to park at their facilities (underground lift, valet service) €17 a night. Free coffee and croissants. Couldn’t go onto rooftop because the pool was closed. We had an inner courtyard room which was zen like and peaceful. Was enough space to do yoga by the open windows in the room and look over the zen courtyard. Didn’t have any food so can’t vouch for that. We arrived very early and they gave us a room, no problem. Asked for extra pillows, quick service. The only reason we stayed at this hotel is because it was the Easter weekend and one of the few hotels that was offering a Saturday night only booking, all the rest had a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Nothing, except it’s a soulless hotel but to be expected from an international chain, it’s geared towards business travelers as well.

Car parking fee 17 euros a day is a rip off if you take a car you have very little or no choice and this was not explained at anytime Bar closed early struggle to find staff to serve View out of window was a brick wall covered in paneling Having said these it was still a good hotel to stay though with limited or no facilities

Great location. Very friendly helpful staff, in particular one of the receptionists who was very friendly & helped when we had a problem. Car parked in underground garage by staff. Everywhere very clean.

Had a problem with noise from the street as the windows were not fitted properly but the receptionist was fantastic, showed us other rooms & we were upgraded to a superior room which was very peaceful & comfortable.

Location was excellent as were the facilities. The swimming pool was a bonus as I did not think it would be open. The staff were most helpful and the valet parking was most welcome. I did request a room on a high floor with a view and that is exactly what they provided and the room was clean and very comfortable. Good choice at breakfast. Would not hesitate to book again.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. We had no complaints whatsoever

The wonderful staff. The lads on the front desk were super helpful. They were there to support and advise us throughout our stay. They could not do enough for you and they were always friendly and cheerful. The lads in the breakfast room were really great as well. The team of young people who cleaned the rooms were incredibly efficient, flexible and friendly.

Location is just brilliant. Turn one way and you’re in the historic centre. Turn the other, and you’re in the thick of the commercial / shopping district. There is also on-site valet parking.

There’s no escaping the fact that this is an older property that could do with a spruce up. Nevertheless, all was clean and functional.
