Other reviewers complained about breakfast. I disagree. It gave you a full range of options and the staff were very efficient in cleaning the tables and replacing food when the hotel was full. Our room, (balcony/sea view), was spacious, very bright and clean. The lighting was cleverly positioned. The beach is immediately opposite and kept very clean by the local authority. Perfect for young families. The view was delightful because of the southern aspect and a lovely sunset each evening. A small fridge was helpful for cold drinks. The shower was spacious and towels were always replaced quickly when required. Towels were also available for the rooftop pool when requested. The reception team was well-trained, multilingual and friendly. We really enjoyed this hotel and would use it again if we returned to Arrecife.

No particular dislikes, although there were smokers around the pool, (despite no smoking guidance), which was not really supervised and possibly dangerous as a result. Reception personnel need to update their knowledge of bus connections as we were given incorrect advice twice despite lots of details about services being available only a 10-minute stroll from the hotel at the terminal.

Excellent location . Sea front room was lovely with view over the beach . The room needed some drawer space ( only 1 drawer) and the open wardrobe only allowed for shirts/ jackets/tops ( half length hanging space now ). It would have been nice to have had access to the smart TV features ( Netflix etc) Breakfast a little underwhelming Despite Booking.com photos there are no Sun loungers or chairs on the Reducto Beach No evening bar Mon - Thurs

It's a good hotel for a short stay. The pool area was great and so was the breakfast. Loved the fact that it has a lift directly from the street to the reception.

The decoration is a bit dated.

Clean, bright, centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lovely clean beach was literally across the road. We had a room with a sea view - and it was exactly as described in the booking info.

The roof pool was very small - but it was still a nice place to hang out with some shade. We had to pay extra to use the fridge in the room, which was unusual in my experience of hotels. The air conditioning was a bit tricky to get right for sleeping - but the weather was extraordinarily warm the week we were there (July 23), which probably impacted it. No major problems over all.

The hotel is directly in front of the beach and only a short bus ride from the airport. There’s plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around so you can find everything you need on foot. It is very clean in all areas (rooms, bathrooms, reception/lobby, restaurants and pool areas and bathrooms in all these areas were spotless). The room and bathroom was big and the beds comfortable. Nice balcony. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Pedro and Pepe from the restaurant/bar (excellent cocktails!) and David from reception who helped us with checkout and leaving our bags. I absolutely enjoyed staying there and will return!

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They could teach others how to treat with guests in the highest level. ;) The room and the common grounds were clean and tidy too. The meals and cocktails we consumed were really fine. I can only recommend this place.

We planned to train during our holiday, but the fitness room wasn't so inviting. It was a bit small and crowded with all the equipments, and a maintenance could make a lot of difference in it (of the machines and the ribbed wall). Some parts was a bit uncertain in their position. We checked the opening hours of the roof bar, but sometimes it wasn't open in that interval.

Great location, opposite the beach and a short walk to town. A few bars and places to eat nearby. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the beach. Breakfast was buffet, with a good selection of choices, something for everyone. We also had evening meal, which again was buffet with plenty to choose from, good selection of salads and desserts, plus a variety of hot food, thought it was good value. Enjoyed the roof top pool and bar.

Nothing, the only thing I missed was tea/coffee making facilities in the room....

A nice relaxing stay with a friendly atmosphere. Staff were friendly and the pool was nice to spend time around. I booked this hotel as a stopover before our flight and it exceeded what I expected with a rooftop swimming pool.

Breakfast was good but the buffet menu in the evening was not fabulous. I would not include the dinner option if I visited again as some beautiful restaurants available close by. I would return to this hotel and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

Staff were really nice and helpful, Hotel was spotless from to to bottom roof top pool area and bar are a lovely addition. quiet area and the hotel is quite central to it ,

Our first room had no balcony (ground floor, to the side), (not sure about yourself but I quite like a bit of a sit off in private) no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, Fridge is disconnected and no minibar as advertised (this means there is no access to potable water unless you buy a bottle at reception that then heats up through the day)

Absolutely loved the swimming pool on the roof. Also the little hallway in the room, it made our room so quiet and peaceful. The staff are amazing and make a decent sangria.

We had to think long and hard about what we didn't like, what could make the room better is a kettle for a cup of tea.
