Location is great - even though it's kind of far from the popular beaches and other areas, I really enjoyed the seaview, the view of pool and palm trees and the fact that I could watch the sunrise from my bed. It was a nice experience - the view is exactly like in the pictures. Also delicious breakfast with lots of options - gotta love Spanish food <3

The only reason I rated 9 instead of 10 is because the rooms are unfortunately not soundproof - I could hear sounds from neighbours and from the hallway - that's kind of a bummer if you are looking for some quite time and it's up to good luck if you have decent neighbours or not. The soundproofing could really be improved!

Beautiful hotel right next to the sea; friendly staff; delicious buffet; good value for money.

The main issue we had during our stay was the room cleaning service. One of the days we were out from 8:45am till 5pm, went back to our room to find out it’s not been cleaned and made up, even when we’ve asked for it to be cleaned. The app requests for amenities were a bit hit and miss, one time the amenities I requested arrived but the other two times it seemed like they were ignored and I had to ring the reception to request it.

The hotel is amazing. it is modern, all operational, very well located, with great food and the best personnel you can think of.

some rooms are noisy. I got room 8016 which is next to a generator. after asking to get changed all was solved. just be careful where they place you. it seems rooms around 8016 have all the same noise problem (which you will notice during the night when all is off)

Staff very attentive,woman in (Green Dress/coat) at the reception very welcoming and friendly. Good Location bus stop outside the hotel. Good breakfast buffet,or if you have only breakfast you can access the lunch/dinner buffet for 15euros. Rooms are excellent,spacious and clean with a nice balcony, and very confortable beds. The pool looks great but I couldn't access it because was bad weather. They also do some activities like yoga classe that you can join in. Live music entertainment at the pool and in the evening. They also have a desk in the hall where you can book toors without the hustle to go to find a tour operator, I highly recommend the GranTour of the Island. A suggest to travellers that are planning to spend a lot time in the hotel to get an all inclusive option. Overall great hotel

I would have appreciate a small bottle of water in my room on arrival. A toilet brush and maybe some toilet air freshener. I couldn't work the aircon/heater I'm not sure if it wasn't working or was me,and I didn't want to call the reception but I'm 100% sure they would have assisted me promptly, maybe some instructions in the room would help. They also have a mobile app, but doesn't give you any description of what the activities are (only the titles and times) a more detailed description would definately make the app more interesting and give you a reason to use it more often during your stay. Overall this is a great hotel I'm just giving some advice from my point of view.

The hotel staff were very welcoming this included desk, restaurant, cleaning and events team. The customer service was outstanding. I loved the fact the hotel is right opposite the sea with walk that is several miles long which allows you to purse outdoor activities. The breakfast was scrumptious which a great selection of food. The lunch and dinner was good too, however we are vegetarians / eat halal and selection was limited for us. But we managed! The best for me was the access to the outdoor 50m pool which I used everyday. In summary great holiday, great hotel, great Island, great people.....cant ask for more.

No complaints.....

My room was bigger than I expected. The housekeepers cleaned it and replaced my towels daily. Great view from the balcony. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast. I have decided to join a gym at home after how well things went at the hotel gym. Throughout the week there were many activities set up in the pool area, such as water polo and darts, and live entertainment at night. There were bus stops right outside the hotel, which made travelling easier.

The shower had no door or curtain, so the floor kept being covered in water. The kettle in my room had spots on the inside which looked like mould or limescale, so I didn't use it to be safe.

spacious rooms, very clean - Staff excellent but not enough entertainment/games for adults during the day - I am a regular visitor and miss the day/evening entertainment as it used to be - Bring back Anton, Luca and the girls who encouraged guests to join in entertainment they had provided - I think I only say two of them during day who did not interact with the adult guests and rarely with the children - Anton, Luca and the girls made the day and night very exciting - I had planned to spend my birthday in November there as I have done in the previous years and also Xmas - Last year Xmas and the year before are great memories for me with the original team but it was good to see staff members I have made friends with over the years still there and who remembered me - I must also add that the food was excellent with many choices and restaurants staff apart from one 1sr class - I have known Bana since my first stay at you hotel and I always look forward to meeting him - Despite what I have said so far, your hotel and your sister hotel is the place to be for me ❤️

There’s a bit of a divide between what level of service you chose such as all inclusive has a separate space and pool.

Very warm welcome from the staff. Rooms extremely comfortable and clean. No need to bring shampoo,conditioner, lotion toothbrush/paste etc everything available. Very convenient when travelling today. Excellent facilities.

Breakfast was a bit hectic..people darting here and there...food was okay..nothing special.

the suites in block 7 were lovely ..very spacious

the suites in the royal level weren’t as nice as block 7
