Very happy with the Wifi! As I was working remotely for 2 days, I was afraid internet would not be good enough. Internet was very fast, rooter was near my bed !!! About 2-3 times per day, my laptop would just lose internet connection. But after max 1 Minute, internet connection was restored. Very clean place ! I had shared toilets and they were always very very clean ! Shared kitchen where one can prepare food or tea. Room was not very big, but big enough to allow me to do yoga.

Really convenient location and great room for the price. Helpful and friendly staff there 24/7.

The ‘kitchen’ was very limited - just a microwave, kettle and grill so not able to cook much, which was a shame as chose this property to save on eating out. They did buy more cutlery whilst I was there as when I arrived there seemed to be only one knife! Parking was just a couple of roadside spaces (always occupied) and a very sketchy dirt area. I didn’t want to risk damaging the hire car mounting the kurb, so opted to park in the free public car park up the hill.

Literally booked the day before due to a family emergency. I needed a bed as I would have been spending every day at the hospital. I arrived over an hour early and I was able to check in. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful and also the cleaners that kindly showed me to my room. The room was well equipped, clean and perfect. The bed was so comfy. They could not have done anymore for me. Helping me daily get to and from the hospital every day, nothing was ever to much. I stayed for 6 nights and under the circumstances really enjoyed my stay. Great location! The hostel is situated very close to the bus station, high street, and the beach. if you don't plan on renting a car, this will really help you get around. The room had an on-suite bathroom and was very clean. In the room, there was a fan, TV, a small fridge. The hostel has a nice roof terrace and kitchen with a dining area. The staff was lovely and very helpful, I felt really home, away from home.

The only thing I would change is the kitchen opening times. The kitchen is open in line with the office hours, 9 am- 8 pm, and this means you can't use the kitchen before or after these times, so if you are going on an early tour trip, you will have to get a coffee outside the hostel. This is not a big deal and manageable as long as you remember the opening hours and work around it.

Bed was comfy,balcony for budget stay. It was quiet enough to get a good sleep.

First night I had a room with mold, they didn't change it because I noticed it only one h later. Already unpacked my stuff. So,this hostel is good budget stay ,but only if not interior room,first floor. U had a air conditioner on all night on ventilator air cleaning mode to be able to breath in the room. And no smoking policy does not work,as some ppl from higher floors were throwing cigarettes indoor patio I had my window to. But again that's on ppl who don't respect others,not facility itself.

Excellent value for money. Spacious room that was no-frills basic and clean. Great location less than a minute from the bay and close to the shopping centre. It felt like I had the shared bathroom all to myself as it was always free when I needed it.

The wifi was quite unreliable; slow most of the time and not working on some occasions. The massive wardrobe had exactly three hangers and no shelves. There were a couple of cupboards with several drawers though. There were no hooks in the room and only one hook in the bathroom to hang towels, clothes, etc. A few more would have been useful.

Good location, close to centre of city ,fabulous rooftop terrace. , stayed here numerous times over the last few years , it improves each time ,single rooms not the biggest but adequate for a few days , perhaps a double with private bathroom would improve your experience, close to bus depot 23 bus to airport €1.40 : taxis €14 ; nice little kitchen with microwave etc , staff and very knowledgeable and friendly

For the price you get a great location, a giid clim in the room, a fridge, a.great memory foam mattress, a kitchen downstairs...

This is probably unfixable with this building, but my room smelled a bit from mold coming probably from the plumbing or the small court outside. Its not that bad, and only affects the lowest levels of the hotel. It didn't bother me, you no longer smell it after a few minutes. But it could be a issue for some people.

The accommodation is as in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, the room and the bathroom were very clean, they clean well. The receptionists are nice, friendly and helpful, they called us a taxi to the airport. There is a good restaurant around the corner, cheap and open long in the evening. You can eat very well at the Turkish gyros on the next street, here we had the most delicious deep-fried squid rings. You can get delicious ice cream next to the city lake

Excellent location as a middle-class Hostal with good ratio quality/price. Top central position near Charco S Gines (so called "water puddle") within the old town of Arrecife, at the northern end of the shopping street Calle Leon y Castillo. Along the adjacent Charco S Gines one can find many Restaurants and Cafes for all needs and pockets. Also the ancient Parroquia de S. Gines (local Catholic Church) is located in its proximity. The Hostal's rooms are spacious and clean with access to the own balcony. A private kitchen available for guests can be found on the ground floor behind the reception, with free option to place own food in the fridge and cook it on the oven. An automated coffee machine is available near the kitchen at inexpensive cost. Wifi connection is effective inside the Hostal's premises.
