Was a lovely and large room with a decent view. The bed was nice and the airconditioning in the room made the very hot weather bearable. Although the bathroom layout was really odd, it was nice and useful. Breakfast was fine, but was the same everyday. Also lots of public travel options and things to do in the neighbourhood!

No lock on the toilet door, and also a large gap in this door. Someone else could definitely look through it. The bath could also use a bit more privacy. Would only really recommend a bathroom like this for couples who are very close.

Good value for money, very good location if you use the train, walking distance..I did not know that Marriott family are mormons...so you will find one of their book in every room :-))) I like the multiple wife thing...

For Booking site, not for the hotel...I don't like that you use: very happy face and next. happy face. when you ask us to evaluate hotel's facilities. When I put happy face i would expect 8,5-9 grade. In reality for those who read my comments it appears a 7,5 grade. Dumbest thing that Booking is doing...So I put only verry happy faces even if I think it is worth an 8

Location is top if you want to travel by train, 5 mins walk from the station. You can get good quality food at the bar Facilities are very good

Very long waiting time at check in (evening time). There was only one receptionist who needed 5 mins. per check-in. I had to wait half an hour. As I had to leave at 6 AM, I asked for a lunchbox. What was in that box was for sure not worth the value of what they charge for the breakfast (a little bottle of water, an apple and some slices of bread....)

We booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to Barcelona Sants station. The hotel is very modern with clean lines and our room was comfortable with a good shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service started early which is a good thing and the choice was excellent. One real bonus was the availability of free coffee and pastries in the bar area. The coffee came from one of these "pod" machines not stewed out of a jug. Paper cups were also provided so you could take your coffee to your room. Overall a great hotel.

There was nothing I could fault. We had a great stay.

close to Sants station where we needed to be. lovely styled rooms. the hotel itself was great but the location (though it’s close to the station which is what we wanted) is not a very nice area. there was a street event with loud music which we could hear so the soundproofing could be better. comfortable bed and good shower.

Room was very clean and nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Delicious breakfast although not many options. Very helpful staff. Great location.

We were staying in the room without separate bathroom. Shower and toilet were hidden in something like wardrobe, sink facing the bed with partially covering sliding doors. Don't like the idea. Shower was little fatigued. One evening, after coming back from whole day trip we had no water. Problem fixed after hour or so. Expecting more for this price.

Great customer service from the woman on the front desk and the room was clean, comfortable and nice. It was an amazing location for the train station and metro.

The air con seemed to be controlled centrally and you couldn’t change the temperature in your room which was slightly annoying but it was usually set to a good temperature.

The night person at the front desk was great. She had to endure a nasty and uneducated costumer and she did it very professionally and without ever loosing her friendliness with other costumers (she had an unbelievable patience). The hotel is very new, it is walking distance to Sants train station. Rooms were comfortable

Everything was great, I just feel the price was very high. But no complaints about anything.

AC Sants Hotel is fresh, clean, modern, and very well located. Proximity to Sants Train Station provides an easy train ride to and from the airport, the Metro, and suburban trains everywhere. Sants is a quiet residencial neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, and safe for walking to dinner in the evening. Just a short walk to a great restaurant - Lolo’s.

We arrived at 9.52pm. The bar/restaurant closed at 10.00pm. We rushed to the bar and asked if we were too late to eat. The smiling chef sat us down, brought drinks, acknowledged our choice of food and, within minutes, brought us one of the best meals that I have ever eaten.When we had finished, he chatted to us and made us feel very welcome. An outstanding example of how it could be done. Extraordinarily good.

The breakfast is good but, at 15 euros is 5 euros too much.
