The location of the hotel is the best. The central train station is a 5 minute walk. The Plaza Espanya is a 15-minute walk. The metro station L3 named Sants Estatio is a 2 minute walk. The breakfast is amazing for a 4-star hotel, even you can do fresh orange juice with automatic machine. Just from oven, different kinds of bakery will make you happy and ready for the day.

The room equipment was old. And the lights in the room left to be desired.

Clean, comfortable room. Very convenient location for a stopover close to Sants station. We arrived late one night and left early the next morning so didn't experience much of the hotel.

There were no refreshments available in the lobby on arrival (we could see where they should have been but the space was empty). Early self-serve coffee in the morning was in pod form with disposable cups, despite the hotel claiming to have a strong environmental ethos, so we left it refilled our own mugs at the station.

Spacious room with two movable beds, two armchairs, and a coffee table as well as a desk for anyone who wants to work/study. A lot of available toiletry in the bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast and the hotel gave us a discounted price for it. 24/7 reception support, ability to order food/call for reception from the room. Good location: metro station a few meters away from the hotel, train station is 10 min walk away. Lidl is not so far away from the hotel as well.

Mostly small things, but they matter - no sockets by the bedside, a small number of sockets overall. The TV only had Spanish channels. There was no toilet brush in our bathroom. The safe is pretty old and instructions are unclear, we had to call reception two times to help us open/close it.

We loved our stay at abbas , the location is more more than perfect. You will walk for 2 min for the metro station. You will walk for 5 minutes down to the train station and for a main point where you can book tickets for the touristic bus . Facing the hotel you will find a small shop to buy internet card or phone cable and the owner is an amazing and helpfull person. Many coffee shops and restaurants and supermarkets are next to the hotels. The employees are super professional and helpful and always smiling. Special Thanks for mr. jose and miss ingrid from reception. The rooms are clean and bed is very comfortbale .

The only bad point is that the lights are very very low and u cannot really see at night for makeup and preparation

The price was fair for me and my girlfriend to stay 5 nights on our first holiday abroad together, and we really wanted to keep the costs down. The air-con was amazing, we are not used to 30 degree weather with high humidity so this was a life saver. The staff turned over our room daily, adding fresh towels and taking the rubbish which was needed for a long stay. The location was quite good, we didn't want something in the noisy city centre and it wasn't far from public transport.

Our fridge was not that cold which, considering the heat, was a nuisance. Our drinks were kept somewhat cold but not as cold as we needed. The windows are single-pane so if there is any noise outside you'll hear it. This resulted in some restlessness during the night as loud vehicles passed by during the night and some loud people too. The outdoor soundproofing could have been better, but this was down to the thin windows. Minor complaints really, everything else was good

Comfortable, clean, and an amazing location by both the train station and the metro. The staff is really kind and helpful. It’s my second stay here and I plan to stay here again in the future. Check in is fairly early and the system for luggage storage is smooth and convenient. The price is good given the location and the high level of comfort.

The rooms feel a little outdated- like this was the best hotel of the early 2000s. But, because it’s outdated it is much less expensive for a still fairly luxury experience. Biggest downside of it being outdated is the lack of outlets near the bed/headboard.

The hotel is literally next to the L3 metro station entrance, so it makes it easy to reach, especially handy after a long day of exploration of the city. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel was great, nothing in that regard. Yet it is worth noting that the train station is close so late night walks are less family friendly...

Walking distance to Sants station, a good option if you are going to travel by train. We got a room facing the inner yard as requested and it was very quiet.

There was an outage in the neighborhood and the electricity was out for a bit one morning. Of course this isn't the responsibility of the hotel, but when we asked at the front desk about the issue, the receptionist was a bit defensive and dismissive. We understand that he probably had to explain the same thing quite a few time already, but at the same times, on our side we were asking for the first time, and he could have been a bit more friendly.

Facilities wasn’t working properly (safe was not working) - water leakage in bathroom because of bathroom seat where it stopped working at all in the last night

The hotel has a very good location, we walked all the time to everywhere... no need to take metro or bus (we walked 20 km per day tho hehehe). Is 5 min walking to the Sants train station which takes you directly to the airport. Also, has a private parking that cost 21 euros per day, excellent! What was more impressive to me was the cleanliness of the bathroom, was shiny! Congrats to the cleaning ladies, they were very silent during the mornings and helpful with the security box. The receptionists were kind and help me to book another night when the airline cancelled my flight. Gracias! I forgot to take pictures of the room but is all what you see in the pictures, the beds are REALLY comfy, there's mini bar, iron, trousers press, etc. Good airco at the room! The toiletries were generous and were refilled everyday (razor blade, razor cream, tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, sponge for your bath, shampoo, soap...). The breakfast was generous and has healthy options like fruits, oats and yogurts. Cakes, cheeses, different types of bread, etc. I would definitively stay here again!
