Great location in central neighborhood. Close to Hostafrancs metro station, Placa Espanya and Montjuic, allowing me to easily explore the city and go back for things like charging my phone. Sants doesn't seem to be too busy compared to the tourist hotspots with the exception of clubbers on Saturday night, allowing me to have a relaxing, mostly quiet stay. Free breakfast setup was fantastic and gave a great start to my day. 24.7 staff made it easy to check in and enter and exit as needed. Very economical for a private room booked at the last minute.

The walls seemed kinda thin and thus noise occasionally leaked between rooms. Sometimes guests and people on the street below could be a bit rowdy. Also there was no one at check-in when I left to the airport at 3 am but that wasn't a huge problem as I could drop the keys. Perhaps a dedicated key drop would be good? All relatively small points.

Can 100% agree regarding friendliness of the staff members mentioned in other reviews. They were all warm, friendly, helpful and gave us a feeling of safety. We liked that there was always someone at reception. Breakfast being included shows commitment to make guests feel at home and we also appreciated this a lot! We also felt that it was very good value for money. The location is also very convenient for the Barcelona Sants train station. Room was very clean.

Unfortunately while the breakfast room looks amazing, the bedroom we were in needs quite a bit of work and renovations to it; especially the bathroom and the door lock. That being said for the price we paid and given how great the staff were; we would still stay again.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was polite and helpful. The Hotel is small but comfortable. The location is great, near Plaza de Espana and Montjuïc, with an excellent connection with the metro/train/bus. The Hotel gives great opportunities for single travelers, I would choose it again for my future single travels in Barcelona.

-breakfast could be more diverse -room floor to be cleaned more frequently -Bed sheets to be changed more frequently -The shelf for storing cosmetics in the shower is missing

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great information about Airport Bus given. Location was great - easy walking distance from both Barcelona Sants station and the stop for the Airport Bus. Not luxurious but didn't expect it to be - it was effectively functional and VERY clean. Plenty of hot water. Simple and tasty breakfast. Perfect for our requirements.

Only slight issue was the shower door was a little awkward to manoeuvre - but it didn't impede use of the shower.

The staff were friendly, spoke good English and were always happy to help answer any questions I had. The location is very close to the Metro and is in walking distance of most of the main sights of Barcelona so you can quickly get your day going. Breakfast was basic but had everything I needed in including juices, pastries and a coffee machine. It would have been a bonus if the pastries were fresh. Room was the right size for a single bed and the air conditioning was amazing after a long hot day.

Room and bed at times seemed a little dirty with hairs and dirty on the bed sheets. Maybe this is an issue with the laundry as bathroom was always very clean. Due to the time when I booked I paid more than I wanted, but it was worth it for the location.

The location was excellent. It’s in a quieter area, but so close to public’s transit so you can get to the main attractions quickly and cheaply (via metro). The reception staff are also incredibly kind. They always greeted with a smile and even took time to learn my name.

The shower drain is extremely slow and barely works. I would have to turn the shower off 2-3 times per shower to wait for the pan to drain so I didn’t flood the bathroom. It wasn’t awful, but an inconvenience for sure. Also, you can hear literally EVERYTHING! I always knew what was going on in my neighbor’s rooms, including exactly what was on TV. I put in my headphones or earplugs so it didn’t bother me too much, but if you’re a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

Great location close to the Barcelona Sants station and also the Aeroport shuttle bus. The breakfast is basic but of good quality. The window of my room opened to a very quiet inner courtyard, so that I could sleep with the window open.

Chilly floor. Also not the most cozy feeling in the room because of the tiling on the walls, but maybe that's just my taste. Only one accessible outlet.

Very nice, if fairly simple hostel. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. A very adequate continental breakfast was included. My only difficulty was that I never found out how to properly use the air conditioning in the room. There were instructions in several languages but I couldn't find the English ones. On the one occasion when I left the bedroom window open at night a mosquito got in, but on a couple of other nights the bedroom got quite hot.

This is exactly what I needed. Clean, with great staff, and in the best location possible. The team were incredibly helpful and even organised a taxi for me to the airport at some ungodly hour. It was perfectly located for the Fira and centre of town.

There really wasn't anything. It took me a day to work out how the heating worked in the hotel, but that was my own fault rather than the hotel's. For someone looking for modest, clean, business accommodation it's impossible to beat.

Great location Clean Staff were friendly and accommodating Comfortable beds Powerful shower (shame the fitting was broken in rm13 thus needing to hold the shower head)

Every time anyone in adjoining rooms flushed the toilet or ran the shower it sounded like they were doing it in our room. Room itself was fairly small Breakfast, though adequate, was pretty ordinary to say the least. We thought it very expensive. But as the price was similar to surrounding hotels, I suppose that's the price you pay in central Barcelona
