Brilliant location close to everything. Staff especially Miranda on the check in desk very helpful. Hotel very clean. Overall a great stay.

Our Junior suite Room 228 overlooked an alley way. Was very noisy every night up to 5am with groups congregating outside and on 2 nights there were fights.

Location is awesome. Right in the thick of everything so no need to get public transport to anything outside of the regular sight seeing. Staff are helpful if you need them. Clean and modern rooms.

It was extremely hot when we stayed and the air-conditioning didn't seem to work well. It made sleeping a bit hard. Also the doors only shut if they are slammed so you will wake up every time someone goes in or out of their room. Cleaning staff also just enter after a single knock. Pillows and bedding not great.

The hotel is perfectly located on La Rambla in a safe and easily accessible location. Walkable to many iconic sites in Barcelona and the hop on hop off bus The staff allowed us to drop off our bags early for a small fee and were very helpful when we asked for suggestions regarding tours, restaurants and beach facilities. They also arranged for our tax in the morning we left. Our room was quite small, but very modern and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Location is good, but restaurants in Las Ramblas are an absolute rip off. They charge you for doubles for drinks which you did not ask for and then charge you 10-15% to eat or drink on the terrace, the centre piece of Las Ramblas. If you stay at Arc La Rambla then make sure you move down to the wharf area or anywhere away from the busy tourist areas if you want to save money. A yea and coffee can drop from 15 Euros to less than 5 euros if you’re prepared to explore.

The rooms needed tissues and a simple toilet brush. You can ask for a kettle to make a cup of tea, they are not automatically available in your room

The hotel has a perfect location for sights along La Rambla and the waterfront. The staff was gracious and helpful at all times. The breakfast room was large and cheerful, having a huge selection of hot and cold items. It exceeded all our expectations and was perfect for walking all to sights as far as the Cathedral.

Even though the bathroom was very clean and a good size, the shower floor was quite slippery. Perhaps some rubberized decals or strips would help make it easier to stand without the fear of falling.

I thought it was a little strange that guests paying for the room were not allowed to have visitors. Especially considering that the room is up to 2 guests. the front desk employees made a show of it to tell me it wasn’t allowed. It felt a little targeted since I was a woman traveling alone. This information was also not listed on the website. Also, I was getting my passport out of my purse and the agent coughed so I pay attention to him so he could ask me for my passport. I’ve checked into hundreds of hotels, I know what I’m doing. It just felt a little condescending and cold.

The hotel is right on the main street in Barcelona. Perfect! I had a room with a prime view of La Rambla. Beautiful! It might be a bit noisy, but if you have a few cocktails, you won't hear a thing. Also, is full of restaurants, attractions, etc.. You won't regret this hotel.

I requested an iron, and it was quite dirty, almost as if it had been burned. When I used it on my white shirt, you can imagine the result. I didn't mention it to the hotel, but it might be worth checking.

For the price this hotel was superb. First night was in a smaller room with my son and we shared the double bed. The second night was in a bigger room as my partner joined us. the second room was huge. Plenty of space and not a drop of noise considering where the hotel is located. On that note you are perfectly placed to explore Barcelona with the Metro 2min walk away and being directly on Las Rambla you have a bustling central part of Barcelona to wander around with plenty of food options. Would highly recommend this to fellow travellers. We will be back for sure!

Great location

Price gouging by the affiliated restaurant on the street directly in front of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon and after dropping our bags in the room relaxed at the affiliated restaurant on the street directly in front of the hotel. The food was good and reasonably priced, but the cost of the drinks was ridiculous. E41.00 for 2 mocktails (no alcohol) was not a good start to our time in Barcelona. Beware the sharks!

Location! Right on La Rambla, but the room was on the back of the hotel. No noise, no lights. The view from our 6th floor was interesting, they were building a large building right behind us... three cranes and lots of noise (during the day, they quit at 5pm). Walking distance to the metro meant we were under 30 mins from anywhere in the city! Food was VERY expensive as long as you were on LA Rambla.

If we could get pigeons to eat cigarettes buts, Barcelona would be better off as they have way to much of both! Get up early to enjoy the smell of pee on every street, but don't wake the homeless.
