beautiful room Spanish style beds comfy staff were amazing having a reception nearby was excellent

the street noise is awful we did not sleep well at all reception smells like sewer and the street noise was kept up all night people taking drugs having sex and fights in the alley all night maybe invest in double glazed glass

The perfect hotel rooms for a weekend getaway. Gorgeous building and it's even more breathtaking when you walk in. The high ceilings with the stone and wood details and the arch with tiles as the bed headboard are the highlights of the room. The sofa is of great quality memory foam and can even be use as a bed, which wasn't needed for us but it's there if needed. The bed was remarkable, great quality bedding and extra large bed, we felt like kings. The bathroom also had good quality toiletries, big bottles of shower gel, champu and conditioner. The hotel is right on the heart of the gothic quarter and just few steps to Las ramblas with easy access to the metro (Liceu L3 Line). But also easy access to majority of the city best places by foot. The only thing we recommend is to bring earplugs for a good night sleep, as is right on a busy square.

Can’t beat the Location. Cleanliness, decor, shower products were all excellent.

The beds were very firm and pillows were too thin, we only had 1 pillow each I called for 2 more which arrived promptly. The main problem was the odour, perhaps sewer from being in the old quarter? Better ventilation was required, some nights it was extremely strong and off putting. Felt it was expensive for the very small room, no breakfast and no hotel perks.

amazing location, so clean. we had a room facing the internal courtyard and it was so quiet, we had the best sleep. such a beautiful designed space.

we couldn’t access the terrace and tried a few times during our stay, this was a bit disappointing.

Very cute old building in the heart of the gothic district. Super convenient for the bars, restaurants and access to tours and sightseeing of Barcelona. It gets very noisy at night so earplugs or headphones are a good idea if you’re a light sleeper but we were expecting that being in such a central nightspot.

The roof terrace, being the only common area if you’re in a group, was a nice place to relax but a bit plane. Plants, shade, better furniture and other features could really make that a magical spot to sit and enjoy the Gothic Quarter away from the crowds in the streets below.

Great location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, our room was serviced every day with new bedding + towels, the building felt safe, stayed on a weekend and the street noise didn’t effect us at all, it is slightly noisey but after a few wines with dinner it’s not an issue!

Green exit light above the door was SO bright, 100% eye mask needed for a good sleep

The amazing staff and their service level is extreme high!

Mismatching information regarding cleaning and towel service from the Sonder app and the Booking app, but in a good way! Sonder provides fresh towels and cleaning everyday!

it was clean, and well equipped as a hotel, and the location is amazing.

the street outside was smelly in the mornings. sound proofing can be better. but it's also matter of guests being respectful or not.

Incredible location, situated in a very popular square, surrounded by restaurants, shops, bars etc. The room is fitted with all the essentials.

Cosy boutique style hotel room with en-suite. Close to piazza and La Rambla.

Only hiccup was an earring purchase went missing which l had purchased in Barcelona.
