The staff were pleasant & accommodating from check in to check out. There is a good luggage room for early arrivals & late departures. The room was a good size with a good shower although storage space was limited so would be tight if staying more than 2/3 nights. The hotel is perfectly situated 2 minutes walk from La Ramblas.

It was interesting that a small kitchen was in each room but no pots or utensils to cook with. Similarly, a kettle & mugs were provided but no tea, coffee or milk (something that is standard in most hotels). The photographs of the hotel show a pool table. This it transpires is just for show as it actually has no pockets! We never had a drink in the hotel bar as whenever we returned from dinner in the evening it was closed. It would have been nice to get a nightcap before bed.

This is a cute, funky, new hotel at an absolute perfect location for exploring central Barcelona. Great for a quick trip to see the sights. It's in a side street that feels very local--there's an incredible cocktail bar around the corner, and a regular bar to grab your cafe con leche in too. And it's at the base of Las Ramblas and so close to the maritime museum, walking along the waterfront, or going to the Cathedral in the gothic quarter. Truly, a perfect location.

The staff did not speak Spanish with me--sort of odd, felt like I was an American trying to speak French in Paris! My Spanish is quite good, and even though the city is bilingual Spanish/Catalan, a lot of other folks I met there spoke Spanish with me, but hotel staff seemed to have an "English only" rule because the hotel gets a lot of foreigners. Thus, if you're interested in an immersive Iberian experience, go to a less foreigner-focused hotel. Their breakfast was great but I prefer getting my pan con tomate in a local bar.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is very nicely designed. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

The only thing that bothered me was the lack of tea/instant coffee in the room. There is actually an electric kettle in the room, but nothing to do with it due to the lack of tea/coffee bags. I found it strange and a little annoying.

Booked for my Son and his girlfriend. They loved the location. Good size balcony. Nice to have a fridge. Lots of floor space. Nice shower room. clean room, serviced daily. Downstairs there was a bar, 24hr front desk, pool table and lots of seating.

Item of clothing bought new from Zara in the bag still went missing from the room but they sadly didn't inform the manager.

The location just off La Rambla and near to Drassanes metro stop were both big pluses. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely reception area with quirky 60’s memorabilia.

The air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy and we couldn’t use it overnight for that reason. The room was hot as a result. Some of the decor in our room was very tired looking and definitely needed to be improved. The bathroom door was badly water damaged on the bottom and looked horrible plus there was a leak in the bathroom around the toilet which smelt unpleasant. The fridge door didn’t close properly so we had to prop something heavy against it.

The location was just off the Ramblas so perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly They served the BEST Cosmopolitan cocktails. Room was clean and tidy with brilliant air con.

Only issue was the shower which wasn't very powerful and made an odd screaming noise.

Great location, close to the port and 2 mins from the bottom of la Rambla. Very clean and modern rooms, very good size loads of space.

Little bit noisy at night time in the area. Was a bit worse for us as we couldn’t get the aircon working so had to sleep with the window open a little bit. No other issues.

The room was super quiet until a conference in town made it a totally full hotel so we could hear people coming and going. It was not bad as we have a ocean tape we listen to in hotels. There was absolutely no noise from traffic which was great. The STAFF at night, specifically two young men, were outstanding! We loved them and all their recommendations. They just made our stay. The location was excellent and safe. The breakfast was good. Lovely croissants daily. AC worked very well.

Wish there was room service or a night quick service for food. There seemed to be a scarcity of toilet paper. We didn't get that. Often put half used rolls in our bathroom in the morning. Had to ask staff for more. Would have like an additional blanket to add if necessary. It's not easy for taxis to get to the front door, so be prepared to walk a short distance. Depends on the taxi driver. Some just drove straight to the door.

Hotel is clean, nicely decorated and relatively quiet, despite its location. breakfast had enough dishes to satisfy anybody's needs, including different fruits, pastries and hot dishes. It's super close to Drassanes metro station, which makes this hotel very convenient to stay, if you arrive or departure at Sants.

The prices are quite high for the level of service or facilities provided, but it's a Barcelona reality. The location, though central, is not the best: the nearby streets are dirty and full of suspicious people, which you would like to avoid after dark. What was unexpected is that the breakfast cafe is open for everyone, not only hotel guests, so in the end the hotel guests couldn't eat their breakfast properly, because the tables and the bar were occupied by random visitors.

I booked a room with balcony but they surprisingly upgraded us to a room with a terrace at the top floor, room 606. The terrace flooring was fake grass but it was totally fine, as you have the sky and sun as your view, not blocked by a tall building and looking across it as Barcelona buildings are typically close to each other. The room was very clean. There was a kitchenette which we're not sure if the stovetop was working. We only needed to tea kettle and they provided tea bags. The location is in the hidden side streets at the end of La Rambla, very near a metro station. The location was 10 minutes walk to the waterfront and 5 minutes further is the sandy beach. We walked back to our hotel at night using the brightly lit streets. It was not dangerous with some homeless people which there are a number of in Barcelona. We did not have the breakdast buffet, but only bought coffee and croissant and brought up to our room as we are not heavy breakfast eaters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.
