Spacious accommodation with really good facilities including private terrace. Nice roof terrace with good view over part of the city. Got good advice from staff about getting around Barcelona which made the visit a lot better.

Not much. Knowing about the roof terrace earlier in the stay would have been good. Room design was quirky in places such as bedside shelves at awkward heights and separation of bathroom area could be better. Would be good if honesty bar was available when staff weren't around but lots of bars and small supermarkets around.

Apartment is well located in an upscale area of the nice and quiet Gracia neighborhood about 20-30 minute walk away from the touristy Gothic and El Born areas. Lots of really great restaurants and shopping nearby. While located on a major avenue, it was very quiet with only the occasional rumble of the underground subway we barely noticed. Spacious unit with comfortable beds, matched to pictures online. Appreciated the thick windows, which we opened each morning during breakfast looking out over an old church. Rooftop terrace was nice too. Aside from a few minor issues, would definitely stay here again.

The furniture should either be thoroughly cleaned (hello spot stain remover) or replaced (see pics). Both lounge chairs and large couch are in need of immediate attention. Finger prints all over the fridge door area should be wiped cleaned. Suggest the paint job by the shower closet be touched up, and the ceiling hole in the toilet closet be fixed instead of leaving construction unfinished (see pics). Some sound proofing in the bathrooms should be added as well.

The location is very good, the apartment was clean and had enough of the bathroom amenities usually found in a hotel, as well as little packs of extra amenities for the kitchen. I f you need anything (more towels, slippers, coffee capsules), just ask reception, they were very nice and accommodating. There is a terrace on the roof with a lovely view, especially at sunset.

The noise from the street, I had to use earplugs at night, but that is not the hotel's fault. Also, the coffee capsules could be of a higher quality.

Ola. The apartment was lovely. The issues we had, however, was that the cleaners did not empty our bin (4 people in one apartment make a bit of rubbish); the fridge door did not close. Our 4th floor terrace / balcony was lovely as the weather was warm and we loved being outside. Thanks for giving us access to the coffee machine in Reception level. The elevator was fixed quickly upon our arrival as we had a bike to carry and our apartment was on 4th floor. We would have appreciated knowing the code to get into the ground floor door before arrival. Gracias

the whole apartment, especially fridge, smelled like old food. the smell remained despite using air freshener. I think the fridge needed a deep cleaning.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay, honestly it was perfect, and i dont use that word lightly. Apartment was big and spacious, the bedroom had a comfortable bed, a balcony plus it was easy to heat up the place (winter), bathroom had a huge shower, 2 XL sized people would still have a lot of space, no bad smells or mold what is to be expected in barcelona, living room had a small balcony too, the view was excellent, also both rooms had tvs and were separated throughout 2 doors, so no noice was getting in. The kitchen had a full-sized fridge and generally was fully equipped (+ an ironing board). The staff was super helpful and assisted me even though it was after work hours (22-23), i cannot say a bad word, if u are tired of looking through hotels with good ratings, but terrible reviews, this is the one. the neighbourhood was a hit too, metro stop around 2-3mins away, and multiple bud stops everywhere, you are basically 2 stops away from sagrada familia, and within minutes of casa mila and a short walk or 1 metro stop away from casa batllo and so on. +++ wonderful terrace on the 5th floor accessible for every guest with tables and garden furniture

its on the pricey side, but still worth it

Check in was easy. They sent us a code the night before for the building door and the lock box where we picked up our keys. We loved using the roof terrace in the evening to have a glass of wine. The staff were very responsive. The oven broke on our 3rd day and they came immediately and completely replaced it within 10 minutes. The location in calm and about a 20 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and a 25 minute walk to the the gothic quarter. There is a taxi rank just outside the building and the taxis are very reasonable (especially if you are a group compared to using the metro - it was like 7 or 8 euros to get to the gothic quarter). They provided dishwasher tablet and laundry tablets which was very convenient.

There could have been more utensils supplied in the kitchen, for example, spatulas for using in the teflon coated pans, a serrated knife to cut soft fruit and veg and a few more bowls. It would have been nice to have some napkins or a roll of paper towels. There were a few "dust bunnies" around the sofa area and we had ants in the hallway on the last day.

Location was perfect for exploring Festa de Gràcia and Eixample. Having lived in Gràcia previously, we knew the location was perfect for a few days of wandering the best spots in the city. Bed was comfy and space was well appointed, even with a washing machine. Interior design was trendy with nice details. Staff were lovely and the shared terrace space was great.

Cleanliness was distinctly lacking. The floor was dirty with hair and crumbs and dust everywhere (floor and tables). Sofa had stains on it. We also didn't read the fine print and house keeping was not included (for 5 nights). We paid for a make-up service, however floors were not vacuumed. Dishwashing liquid and washing machine pods/powder would have been nice to have.

fantastic cosy room just at the edge of Passeig de Gracia and some major attractions of Barcelona. around 2 minutes to closest metro station (L3, L5 direct metro to Camp Nou), around 4-5 minutes walk to Casa Mila and less then 10 minutes to Casa Batlo and train station (airport). great base camp for tourism! great terrace for a chill, those warming up sofas were indeed great to rest after a whole day of sightseeing. water, tea, coffee and cookies available for the guests nearby the reception. hotel not too crowdy and noisy at all, probably because it doesn't have too many rooms. room was cleaned every day and hotel crew was keen to help every minute! most likely will select it once again when I am back in Barcelona.

hard to think of anything negative, maybe just a tad too noisy when you have a balcony towards the main street? maybe could be slightly less expensive.

Modern room with outstanding bed - super comfortable - and excellent shower. The terrace was pleasant although not much used. The staff are really friendly and ever so helpful although note they are not 24 hours, they even WhatsApp us when our room became available and looked after our bags as we arrived in Barcelona quite early. The location is first class and a good stepping off point to the tour buses and Metro. We walked everywhere from the hotel which is just a little away from the crazy tourist areas. No food options but who cares given the cafes all over the city.

We arrived in Barcelona at 9AM and had to wait until 10AM to leave our bags. Not much of an issue but earlier staffing would have been nice. The room was quite pricey but it was the week of the La Merce Festival. You could hear the rumblings of the Metro but it was by no means a problem.
