Really great location, close to the main attractions and a 25 minute walk to La Rambla via walking through Pg. de. Gracia street, which houses the two famous Gaudi houses. Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. A quick 20 minute walk to Sagrada Famila. The host is easy to contact and they have a property manager on site during normal hours. The place is spacious enough, has washer and dryer in unit, and is very modern. The pull out bed was very helpful (both big enough and comfortable enough) as I was traveling with my girlfriend, her mother and my parents. While there are 2 bathrooms, one was on the smaller side although some of our guests didn't mind it. All in all, great location and would highly recommend, and also stay here again.

If the host would have been able to leave some instant coffee, a bottle of water, etc. I think it would have made the place a bit more welcoming. Wasn't a big deal as we ultimately just bought some coffee and water from a local grocery store.

Everything! Barcelona was the first destination in our family trip to Spain and Portugal, so we had quite a few reservations to make a fare comparison. Accommodation in Bonavista Apartments was by far the best of all of others on our trip, and has certainly exceeded our expectations. Started with very friendly staff, to a perfect location, with every small details in the apartment made with taste and care of clients. Thank you, guys!

The only small thing I'd suggest if I may: it would be great to mark somehow the step between rooms to make it better visible, We just put some bright thing on the step (like a T-Shirt).

Great communication from Victor with very clear and easy instructions on how to access the property. Excellent location with great bars and restaurants close by. Close to Diagonal Metro and on bus routes or an easy 25 minute walk to Gothic Quarter. Generous size apartment. Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay with great advice and recommendations on cafes and restaurants. Special thanks to Victor. Love the lift and that there is a reception where you can leave bags if necessary.

Clean, perfectly located, friendly and helpful staff. We heard very little street noise and loved the layout of the apartment. The apartment worked great for our family with two young children and a small dog. The TV had Netflix and there's a large refrigerator in the apartment, plus a washer and dryer. We would be happy to stay here again.

Parking. We paid for parking and for the first several days it was great. Then we took a small day trip and when we returned all the parking spaces were taken and there were was already 1 car in the garbage trying to figure out what to do. We had to park for several hours in garage a block away. I was reimbursed for the parking fee but it was very frustrating. We were later told that spaces are rented out using a third party company when they're unoccupied. Not sure if this is a new arrangement or what happened but it was clearly a problem when we were there.

Outstanding location (walking distance from La Pedrera/7 min and Sagrada Familia/20min). There are lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, also metro line is just a few steps away from the apartment. “Diagonal” station takes you to everyone with connections to L5/L3/L1 lines. Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations, quite comfortable, full bathroom + a separate toilet as well as a decent kitchen and a living room. Washing/drying machine was a plus. There are 2 bedroom, one with a full bed and another with 2 single beds (90 cm each) that we put together converting in a “king size”. We would definitely return.

Would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner and a blender. Also, according to the number of days (in our case 5 nights) we missed toilet paper and dish cloth. The water from all taps has an oily appearance that you can feel when washing your hands and taking a shower (you need to check and request preventive maintenance for water tanks and pipes).

Really impressed with the quality of the apartment, everything was very modern and spacious, which helped when we were making use of the sofa bed. We were on the ground floor so had the pleasure of a very large patio area that was great to sit out in at night time. It was handy having locker space to leave our luggage in until we were able to access the room and the key collection/drop off system was easy to use with no complications

it can be quite noisy at night time depending on who your neighbours are, so if you're a light sleeper cover yourself with some ear plugs.

The location is perfect, very nice area 20 min walking from the Rambla. The apartment is very bright and quite modern. The terrace is also nice even if it in not in the apartment but it is on the top floor of the building, so shared. The cleaner was very friendly and she allowed a little bit of time extra to check-out.

The apartment is not big enough for 6 people and we run out of some essential stuff (like toilet paper) which could be preventable considering we were 6 people. We slept on the sofa bed and the bed sheets were stained of make up (maybe). Also the sofa was quite stained.

Minor maintenance and upkeep in the apartment (e.g. loose door handle, bedroom door to the balcony not completely closed). It would be helpful to have some instructions for the appliances; also wish we knew about the rooftop terrace earlier

Location was excellent. Close to everything and easy access to metro. Place was very good value and very comfortable with lovely rooftop garden Staff were remote but very responsive. Lockers to store luggage on arrival and departure days 100% would use again and recommend unreservedly

Maybe a welcome pack with coffee and tea or something like that would be an added bonus Would prefer a face to face contact but it all went smoothly as we had a local friend with us

Location was excellent. Lots to eat nearby. Very large size apartment. Staff was responsive when we asked for a dish towel to dry dishes. Staff was responsive regarding checkin. Appreciated parking on-site. Great communicators. When I was leaving, I saw in the elevator the sign for the terrace. I never tried to access it, but would have liked to see if we had access.

We needed more toilet paper for five people ...we ran out. Not an issue of the place - but didn't realize that people in Spain stay up so late. They had great thick windows, but still heard people late at night that were loud by the restaurant. Now that I know that, I am okay with it - still would stay here.
