The location is perfect. Metro and train stops just round to corner from the hotel to go anywhere. The spa is incredible, super friendly staff, rooftop pool is nice to take photos.

Having to pay extra use the spa facilities. Paying for treatments is one thing but you also have to pay to use the pool and sauna is not the greatest.

The hotel is in a good location. The bus and metro station is right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly. The pool on the 11th floor is good. The view from the terrace on the 11th floor is good. Very nice smell every time you enter the hotel. I would recommend this hotel hotel very happy. Our room was quite big.

We were a small family with our teenage daughter. We didn't like the toilet door because it didn't close at all, so it was a little uncomfortable when one of us three was in the toilet.The parking is underground and that's very good, but it's too narrow and you have to drive very carefully and slowly. I would recommend a little more control and maintaining order at the pool because it's not OK if some guests occupy the entire pool, play with the ball, splash and disturb the other guests.Some guests brought their own speakers and listened to their music too loudly, which is also not ok. I would only recommend the hotel staff to check and warn such guests a little more often. Home rules .

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to Metro station L1 + L2 (Clot). Great staff happy to serve and answer questions when asked. Hotel facilities are designed really nice, spa is of good use. Great breakfast, doesn't put to shame any hotel.

Room was quite small compared to what I expected. Smelly drainage abit ruined the experience (only in room)++

Great facilities and service. I needed an iron and one was brought up to me. I liked that there is always fresh water with orange or lemon in the lobby. Staff were all very professional and discreet.

The call to the receptionist when my bank card was rejected. He referred to possible 'insufficient funds in my account'. This is disrespectful. The most likely and respectful reason is that my bank is being over-zealous in checking for suspicious transactions. He also said that the hotel was full but I easily re-booked a room through booking.com - he could have suggested re-booking. Thirdly, for A* customer service, if the hotel is really full, it would be helpful and generous to suggest alternative hotels in the area instead of saying 'Sorry, that is the system'. I hope these handy tips are useful for your telephone etiquette.

Full breakfast with a whole variety of options! I’m vegan and had plenty to choose from. My husband and I came here for our minimoon and the staff couldn’t have done more to ensure we had an amazing stay. Josep and Sebas made sure my husbands dream of watching Barcelona play at Camp Nou came true!!! Nothing was too much to ask and when we had issue with our room, they went over and above to ensure we were happy. Thank you all so much, a truly memorable visit x Ps - Be sure to visit an amazing Italian restaurant about a 7 min walk from the hotel “Miseria E Nobilta”. Food was sooo good we went for dinner 3 nights in a row!!!

Staff were pleasant, professional, and acted like they enjoyed their jobs. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! We had some dietary restrictions and initially didn't pay to include breakfast for fear we wouldn't be able to eat it, but we ended up eating at the buffet every single day. If any travelers are Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc., this is the hotel for you. The facilities were quite nice for the price; if I had to say anything bad it would be that the wifi was a little slow. The rooftop pool was also much smaller than the pictures make it look, but the spa services were reasonably priced and very enjoyable! All in all, for travelers looking to travel comfortably or pamper themselves a bit without paying ridiculous hotel, prices, this is your hotel. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were cosy, nice spot to relax by the pool after walking around sight seeing all day. Me and my partner got a couples massage as well which was amazing so relaxing and the spa was lovely too. We had dinner here as well and could not fault the food at all was one of the better restaurants we ate in.

I wasn’t a fan of the area and the people hanging round the streets only thing I could fault which isn’t the hotels fault, felt like there was no where close by for nice drinks or food either apart from hotel.

We booked a room last minute after a disastrous airbnb that was noisy and Beds were very comfy, room was nice and cool, good TV with ability to screenshare netflix etc from phone. Reception was great helping us order a taxi to the airport when we were leaving earlier in the morning. Great location right near a train station easy to get anywhere we needed to go.

The walls were a little thin so you could hear other guests coming and going though this didn't disrupt us too much but possibly might if you were a very light sleeper etc. or if you had particularly noisy/late guests in your corridor. I would also say the pool was smaller than it looks in pics and only takes a couple of strokes to get from one side to the other and only really room for a small handful of people to be in there comfortably at the same time.

Loved the access to the pool and loungers. The shower in our room was amazing! I would stay again and maybe check out the spa and indoor pool next time. The restaurant looked lovely but I didn’t get chance to try it unfortunately. 2 minute walk to the local metro that goes direct to the centre so it was very well connected.

There wasn’t much I’d improve about the room. The sink in the room is odd but actually I preferred it because it meant I could brush my teeth when the toilet or shower is in use. The indoor pool does cost extra during the stay so that was disappointing.

This hotel makes up for its weaker points. Breakfast beats the 5 star hotels easily. Location is the best. Metro, buses and train (which brings you door-to-door from and to the airport for 4 €) all within 2 minutes of walk.. Sagrada Familia, all kinds of restaurants, bars, and shops to walking distance. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. The view from the rooftop is amazing, and its very nice to have a sunbathing place so close. Fridge in the room is also handy.

Rooms are small and a bit outdated but the pros are easily beating the cons for a nice few days.
