The hotel's proximity to the Clot subway station made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Moreover, I had the pleasure of staying on the 8th floor, which offered breathtaking views of the sunrise each day. Finally, I appreciated the soundproofing in my room, which allowed me to enjoy a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from metro station Clot with very good connections with city center and airport (30 minutes by R2N train). The room was very clean, the size of the room was good for three persons, the towels were changed daily. The beds were comfortable. Room temperature was fine, like 20-21C. The breakfast was very good with new options to choose every day. The reception staff was very helpful and nice.

Instead of double bed as we have chosen, we had two beds next to each other; the room for 3 guests had a table with only one chair.

excellent location, close to the metro station and train station, many shops, also pleasant staff, good selection for breakfast and quality of products, clean room upon check-in, tea/coffee and a bottle of water every day, at the reception there is always lemonade, champagne, fruits for you. The room was comfortable for us, not noisy, far from the elevator

cleaning the room, it seemed to me that the floors had not been washed. The exit to the roof terrace opens after 10 am and closes at 10 pm, so my husband had to go downstairs from the 8th floor to smoke.despite the fact that there is an elevator, it’s not very comfortable . lack of slippers - but we knew about it

Overall, I had a particularly enjoyable five night stay at this hotel. Check-in was particularly good, and I really liked my top floor room with views out to Barcelona's Gherkin (Torre Glòries). Staff in all areas were professional and friendly - reception, restaurant and housekeeping. The variety and quality of items available at breakfast is very good. The hotel makes some effort to change the hot food items and fresh fruit selection each morning; other items remain unchanged. The hotel is handily located to stations for two of the main metro lines - lines 1 and 2 - as well as a Renfe train station.

One wifi signal applies to the whole property. Each time one logs in, one has to click agree to terms and conditions and see some dated online advertising for this hotel chain. The signal drops out fairly frequently - reception suggested logging in and out once every hour, but on my final morning in particular, the signal was dropping out more quickly than this. In recent months, I have been able to get fast reliable internet in accommodation in third world countries that costs a tiny fraction of the cost of a room in this hotel. This hotel, and perhaps the chain as a whole, need to improve the quality of internet provision so that it befits a decent hotel in a first world country in 2024.

The hotel is PERFECT for a family of 3. Good location, near the subway with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants if you are looking for a quick meal. Pretty quiet after 23:00. The breakfast was great, you have pretty much everything you need. The room was daily cleaned and a bottle of water on the house. Bottom line - if you are looking for a room to sleep in and a good breakfast to start the day, you should book this hotel. Im telling you, for the price you pay, there is no better option.

I really want to know the reason behind not having a toilet brush. What's up with that? If you sleep in and you arrive at the cafeteria at 9:00, you may have to wait in line for a table. That is unpleasant for both you and the people eating, because they see you waiting like a dog at the door. Soundproofing is bad.

Room was very clean, there was complementary water and wine as well as apples, teas and some coffee pods. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and the aircon worked marvelous. The location of the hotel is also very good, 2 minutes walk to a metro station and bus which take you to anywhere you want to go in Barcelona. The reception staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. There are also a few good places to eat around the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that there is very little storage space in the room. The dresser is very small and if you plan on staying for longer you need more space to store your clothes so you don't keep them in your bag.

Nice hotel with a good location if you choose to trevel by Metro in Barcelona. Room was very clean, spacious enough with good storage space for clothes and luggage. The staff is very friendly and eager to help and the wifi works fine. Complementary coffee, tea, water and apples was a nice touch.

Soundproofing of rooms could be better as people on the hallway can be easily (over)heard form inside rooms. Breakfast includes quite a nice, varied selection, bit is the same every day and can become monotonous over a longer stay. Also, the breakfast room is quite small and it can happen quite often that you have to wait for seating.

The lady doing the night shift is so sweet and attentive. The rest of the staff not too friendly. The terrace in that room (8th floor) was amazing! Too bad I was on winter. Deco is lovely, clean, comfortable, nice meeting room, they have a late-check out room which is thoughtful. Location amazing, few blocks from Sagrada Familia, several restaurants and shops around (just next to a supermarket too). Loved they offer some nice veggie options in breakfast

The room didn't have table or chair, impossible to do little work. I still used the library and the meeting room (shared areas). Not many plugs, not even for room's coffee machine

Lovely reception staff throughout the stay. Good location out of centre of town only 20 mins walk to cathedral. Less than 5 mins from Clot metro which was easy to use and go anywhere in Barcelona from. Room great size. Shower was big and modern with wall jets. Complimentary coffee and tea in room. Water bottle replaced daily. Body wash in bathroom, came in handy for first day, but supermarket next door so easy to stock up. Lovely roof terrace which got late afternoon sun. Really quiet room. Perfect hotel for a city break.

Would have liked a bar in the hotel but had drinks in fridge at reception. Maybe a few more tables on roof terrace as this may get busy in summer but no one else used it whilst we were there.
