The hotel did meet my expectations. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful. The location was really good. Close to the metro, 15min walking distance to La Sagrada Familia. Several places to eat in walking distance. The coffe machine makes really good coffee.

The room was smaller than in looks in the pictures. We had 3 beds and they got all the space. The beds could have been better, they move easily.

Due to winter time air conditioning was off, and since window was facing south in the evening room was too warm (opening inner window helped just a little due to outer window)

The hotel is in an excellent location. Hardly 5 mins walk from the metro that can literally take you anywhere. The airport R2 network comes here as well. The staff is very warm and friendly. They have Japanese food available at room service which is pretty good I must say. Additionally the staff were kind enough to give us a complimentary wine bottle along with it. The room is a bit small but all facilities are top notch. They have Netflix support on the TV that you can cast to for your fav movies. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. Will stay here again.

Neat and cozy room, every day cleaning (though sometimes there was some dust under the bed). Good street noise isolation if the window is closed, otherwise will be extremely loud from the street. The bed is really comfortable. Very good location, not far from Sagrada Familia. Also, lots of restaurants, cafes, and mini-markets near hotel. Friendly and helpful reception stuff. Coffee for free 24/7 in the breakfast area.

The “perfect” design of the bathroom door which is a) made of glass and b) has ~2-3 cm space to the wall, which makes all sounds heard by your “room-mate”, so that you never feel loneliness :D this is weird. Also, super thin walls between the rooms, loud talks could be heard. Another small incident, that we didn’t like, was that the lady in the breakfast area didn’t want to bring us coffee cups, even though coffee is for free even if you don’t eat and pay for the breakfast.

The location is very good as it is only a 5 minute walk to two different metro stations that take you straight to the main centre.

The pool area was a bit small; there were only 5 sunbeds which meant some people had to return to their rooms - however this didn’t affect us as we got up there when it was empty the times we used the pool area.

Friendly and professional staff at reception - gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Very clean room and bathroom. Bathroom came with a bathtub. Nice small pool on the roof. A small fridge in the room. Daily housekeeping. The hotel is very close to the metro. There is a walking street behind the hotel with lots of small restaurants, bars and coffeeshop. Multiple supermarkets close to the hotel.

The bed covers were very thin, it was just two sheets one of the top of the other. I would expect this standard of hotel to use real duvets. We needed to get the extra blankets from the wardrobe to be warm enough with the a/c running (it was very hot outside). Breakfast is not included and a bit pricey. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room and we could not even buy a coffee at the hotel after 10:30 am. There was only one bottle of water offered at the very beginning, no free water refills during our 3-night stay.

We arrived at this hotel for an 8 day stay and were warmly welcomed by Albert who did a great job sorting us a nice room with a balcony on the 7th floor. The room was very clean, modern, a smart bathroom and a very handy mini fridge to store drinks (and ours had a very small balcony but 2 people can squeeze on it). The small terrace on the 8th floor with plunge pool is great and if you time it right you can have it all to yourself! We did not have the breakfast but the whole area outside is full of reasonably priced cafes and restaurants which brings me onto the location. We loved the area as it was not too busy like the big tourist areas and the restaurants seemed good value, 365 cafe and El Clot next to the station were two of our favourites. The metro (Clot) is very close and the whole metro is very easy to navigate (L lines are the metro system), for 11 Euros you can buy a T-Casual ticket for 10 trips in Zone 1 which is all you will need. Sagrada Familia is in walking distance, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate in returning here in the future.

Stylish property with a good sized room and comfortable bed. Nice and quiet - we were not disturbed by noise from other guests. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Enough toiletries were provided for our stay. The hotel is almost opposite from the Metro station, so allows for easy access to the city and direct train to the airport. The hotel is also a 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and a real bonus for us was that our room was ready for an earlier check-in (which was much appreciated after a 3am start!!). The rooftop pool was a plus - more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool but nice nonetheless.

The location is a little out of the way, but as mentioned above it is close to a Metro station - our travel card got plenty of use!

The room was good, 8th floor. Pool was on that floor, small but okay. Bed was good. Nice sized safe. Shower and bathroom were good, and roomy. The staff were good and the breakfast was excellent. AC worked well. The location is not too far from Sagrada Famillia and close to Le Clot L1 Metro. There is a Taxi stand a few metres from the hotel. Big screen TV in the room.

The shower / bathroom must have a leak that is affecting the flooring / wall on the other side of the shower. Not damp but everything is trying to detach. Orange juice machine in the breakfast area was always broken.
