We had an amazing stay. The hotel is very comfortable, very clean and had amazing amenities. The location is great, incredible rooftop pool and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Very nice 4 star hotel in the department We prefer in Barcellona thai is Eixample. The premium rooms are a bit small but very well equipped with comfortable beds and quiet for a perfect sleeping. Bathrooms are nice and shower as large as ours at home, so perfect. Breakfast is very good and for every taste: international but also with cakes and postries. Staff is superb! really nice and really professional as in the other Catalogna atocha where We went last year in Madrid. Roof top is so nice with a cozy swimming pool and terrace. I really recommend this hotel and We surely will be back.

The hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to the city center, the train, buses and a variety of restaurants. There are several popular attractions close by as well such as Casa Battlo Gaudi. All the shopping and high end stores are nearby too. The staff is super polite and helpful. Room service is awesome. The room was spacious and had very modern, minimalistic decor. A very clean cut space. We didn't get a room with an outside view but it had a nice view nonetheless. House keeping was on point. The place was cleaned every day. The room comes with a stocked mini fridge. Items are at a cost but not too pricey. There are some complementary items as well. We had an accident in the bathroom and the sliding shower door shattered. No one was hurt but the staff was really quick to respond once alerted. They got rid of debris immediately. The manager also came to check on us and made sure the room was good for us to remain in since we didn't want to move to a new room. We stayed for 4 days and had zero issues with the place or staff. TIP: Buy Hola Barcelona day travel passes they will save you so much money. You can go on trains and buses with it. We bought a 3 day pass. I would definitely recommend this property.

There were some noise disturbances that seemed to be caused by construction outside. Not the hotel's fault. You'll get used to it after a time.

The location is perfect! Casa batlo and casa mila are at literally at a walking distance. Try the pizza place nearby, literally one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. The room itself was nice, particularly looked the rain shower head. Good service overall

The front desk/check in system is a bit dated so it takes a while for them to check out in which can be a bit inconvenient if you’ve arrived at 11pm lol. They do have problems with all their room doors so it’s hard to open or close them and it’s probably because of the wood being swollen up due to water retention so that’s something they need to work on fixing since it definitely isn’t convenient and also makes it noisy for other guests.

Nice hotel, clean and well located, We had a room on top floor with a terrace, room was a little small but good for a short stay, The room and the hotel were clean. Breakfast had a good choice, staff where very nice and helpful. The hotel is well located for sightseeing and shops, there are plenty of food locations close by. Would stay at this hotel again.

There is only one thing we did not like This was the gaps in the partitions between the room terraces on the top floor. you cannot sunbath with total privacy.

The location was amazing, very centric and next to a metro station. They had some cute details with us such as leaving some chocolates for us or even a rose on Sant Jordi day. Nice view from the terrace.

I stayed there in probably one of the busiest weekends of the year (Sant Jordi day, a big festival in Catalonia) and one of the elevators was broken. I arrived on Friday and left on Monday and it was still broken. Given the amount of money we paid for this accommodation I’d have expected that to be fixed, as every time we wanted to use the elevator we ended up waiting for over 10 minutes or taking the stairs. We also asked for early check out options as we had to leave really early and the staff was not really helpful. In many other hotels we’d been able to pay for the minibar or to do the check out some hours before leaving the room but here it was not possible.

An excellent hotel in a very convenient location around 10 minutes' walk from Plaza de Catalunya,also close to Passeig de Gracia metro and train stations and several of the top tourist attractions. Bars and restaurants nearby. It was especially useful to have a minibar,as well as a kettle to make hot drinks.A few sachets of coffee,milk and tea bags were provided though if you have a favourite type of tea you can always take your own. These were re-stocked each day.The staff were helpful and efficient.

The breakfast at 18 euros is rather expensive,especially if you don't want a full breakfast. It could be useful to provide an option for a small breakfast e.g coffee,croissant and juice.

There were two small elevators (capacity max 4 people), but even one of them was out of order all our 4 days, so it was inconvenient to wait for the elevator. and also there was under-construction in front of hotel (It seems handled by gorvenment i guess) and there was bit roud noise and dust. However, I would like to give it the highest scores for the kindness of the all manager, staff, and delicious breakfast, and comfortable and clean bedding.

the kindness of the staff and the room itself were exceptional. the location is spot on! in the center to wherever you wish to go to. we mainly walked and it was a pleasure. for whoever whishes to use any other transportation-there's a taxi company outside the hotel and the Metro is super close by also.

its not something i didnt like , just if the option was it could've been nice- heating for the private mini pool in the balcony. we came in a quite cold weather and if it was heated-the pool could've been amazing!

We were really pleasantly surprised by our stay! I didn't realise it was 4 star when I booked it. The location was fabulous, we took the train from the airport to passeig de gracia station and it was only two blocks walk away. Perfect location for sightseeing we were able to walk everywhere. The facilities were great and the beds were really comfy. The only thing was that we didn't have a separate bin in the room (only the bathroom). The bathroom was fabulous, a really powerful shower and strong hairdryer in the room. The rooftop area wasn't up and running due to the season but it is really pretty and great to just sit out on.
