The room has air-conditioning. There are luggage lockers in the building, so you don't need to worry if you arrive earlier than check-in time or after the check-out.

The apartment was very spacious and clean! We stayed at some other apartments in Barcelona in the past, but this one is newer and worth investing some more money. Very central, still very quiet also during the day. We did not cook but there were quite everything in the kitchen. The highlight was the washing mashine! We were very happy to be able to wash our clothes finally after 10 days of previous stays in other cities. The shower was also new and worked perfectly well.

The bed! I have never seen such a soft bed and it was quite uncomfortable even to sit down on it (as the matress changed the form like a water bed...). For someone who has a back pain could have a negative effect...

Fantastic location surrounded by excellent transport links, shops and restaurants. Very quiet building with no disturbance from other guests. Great apartment overall with excellent kitchen facilities. We loved the balcony area too.

We didn’t easily access the apartment due to not having the information easily to hand. The booking information simply gave a code for entry but not the detailed instructions. Luckily there was a number to call and this was answered immediately and the very helpful person talked us through it. I am still not sure how we were supposed to access the detailed information about how to access the property. Once we did know it was super easy.

We had a little difficulty figuring out how to get in the unit and I had to call and ask what we were supposed to do. The person I spoke with sent me a text with informationfor using both a code and a link that I could click on to get into both the outside door and the door to the apartment. The apartment is in a very central location. Although it is located in a very busy area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Lots and lots of good shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We had our granddaughter stay with us one night and were furnished with a high chair and crib. The very best thing about the apartment is the terrace. It is HUGE! We loved spending time there in the mornings and after a long day of sightseeing.

I wasn't a fan of the little shower. It was hard to get the water positioned so that it hit you where you wanted it. Ended up using the handheld faucet.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to most things if you like walking. Public transport nearby. Coffee shops and restaurants close by. Spacious, clean & good amenities .. washing machine/dryer is a bonus when travelling. Shower pod with seat inside and massage jets was great. Balcony was lovely. Very secure with codes to enter. Quiet without balcony doors open .. when open there is traffic sounds but it didnt bother us. If you don't do stairs there is a lift. Contact less, seamless check in and check out.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The apartment was very clean, pretty well equipped. Comfortable beds and towels. The place is pretty spacious for a family of 4 ( 2 adults 2 kids) the porch was really nice. Location is very central and has good access to shopping, supermarkets, subway. Almost everything we asked for was handled immediately ( like getting a baby chair and softer pillows)

Not enough knives to cut food in the kitchen We got a cleaning kit which was nice but, 1 portion of cleaning soap and 2 tablets for laundry and dishwasher were not enough for our 4 nights stay. The fact that the bathroom is accessible only from the master bedroom We noticed on check-in that one of the toilet seats was broken and it was not fixed through the duration of our stay.

The location of the accommodation is very good. There are many bus / metro stops and shops nearby, within walking distance. At apartment facilities are excellent and comfortable. The equipment is not new, but everything was clean.

Problem only was with the bathroom. Don't get me wrong, it was clean, but the hot water sometimes went out for a moment, and the bath cabin is not the best solution... a walking shower would be better in practical way and also in terms of space.

The location is incredible! It is in such a great part of town (plenty of museums, shopping, and restaurants nearby), but really quiet on the street. This is a great location if you want to be be primarily walking to get around, although there is also really easy access to the metro. The bed is really comfortable, so it's a great spot to recover after exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt the kitchen could have used a few more tools. There also was not sufficient shower gel and toilet paper for the entirety of our stay.

The location was amazing, super central yet not noisy. The apartment was very spacious too. We were only 2 adults and a young child but 4 adults could fit easily. There was a nice balcony with furniture in our apartment, perfect for relaxed evenings.

The shower fixture was very fidgety and hard to use. You had to turn off the toilet bidet for the shower hot water to run. Some of the appliances need minor fixes, like the coffee machine. Also, the tap water had a strange chemical taste and we switched to bottled water instead.

very modern and well appointed. it was huge and well laid out. the kitchen has everything you need and a very useful cleaning pack was left. very grateful oil and salt and pepper provided as we did use the kitchen to cook twice. best bathroom towels you could hope for bed was large and comfortable

the air conditioning did not work and you need it in Barcelona so sleep was affected. the electronic access to the building was temperamental the weird capsule shower was not in keeping with the modern apartment
