I stayed in a single room. Great location, reasonable price, very polite staff. Everything in the room was clean and looked new. I didn't have the table in my room, but I could work in the kitchen, it was very comfortable. There was a good coffee and tea selection in the kitchen and there was a bottle of water provided in the room. These small things really change the game.

2 things: 1. When I arrived, I rang the door, but no one replied. I was late to my evening meeting, so I really wanted to get into the room asap, change my clothes and head to the meeting. I had to wait around 10-15 minuties till I was finally accomodated, I called the number - no one answered. That was not pleasant, there were no sign at the door, smth like "will be back in 5", nothing. I notified in advance that I'll check-in between 5 to 6 pm, I arrived at around 5:45. A small note would have helped a lot. 2. The air conditioner was too loud, I couldn't sleep properly. It had a timer or so, it would've stopped for a second and then immediately started again, it was an endless loop of it, this change in the sound was disturbing, though I'm not really a light sleeper.

Fabulous location within walking distance of main attractions. Our room was very clean with a comfy big bed and a room safe. Complimentary coffee, tea and water was a bonus. Nice kitchen facilities where you could eat and relax. The host Tatiana was very welcoming. We were able to leave our suitcases on day of departure.

The air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we are use to.

Everything was nice. The location was perfect and the room was super clean. There was a good internet connection too. In the common space you could make coffee and tea. Also we could leave our luggage there after check out and it was super convenient.

We stayed there for 5 nights, so it would be nice if in the middle of our stay the room was being cleaned.

No one on reception until 3pm. No one answering my phone calls. My room nit ready until 7pm when I had let them know I would be there at 3pm. Breakfast not provided despite calling itself Bed and Breakfast and promising a complimentary breakfast.

the room was very nice and even though the hotel is located in a vey busy road it was quite due to double glazing

I was travelling with my nephew who did not stay with me- he stayed with friends- however it was forbitten to him to enter my room and when he did to wait for me for 5 minutes to leave, the owner was unhappy

Location is very good and the hotel is very well presented. Quite difficult to find as it is located inside a large building but it is a beautiful and very clean accommodation.

WiFi kept cutting out.

No air con first night had to sleep with the window open. Very noisy. No milk for tea/coffee. No spare toilet roll.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. The owner upgraded my room as well for free which was a nice surprise. The accommodation was in a great location. I also liked that there was a communal area with a kitchen and couches.
