The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping and also getting to know the gracia neighborhood which has the most beautiful buildings (incl the 2 Gaudi ones on the hotels doorstep). The reception staff are friendly and efficient and help in any way possible! Our room was exceptionally spacious and had a view out onto a gorgeous period building. We used the rooftop pool which is nice and sat at the rooftop bar. The hotel breakfast is very generous but it does cost 20 euros (we had breakfast also at Oasis on Psg de Gracia which is excellent and also does a wonderful pizza).

We had a lovely experience in this hotel. The stuff was kind and helpful. The room was big,clean with a lovely terrace, even though the room was facing the street, it was not that noisy. The bathroom was modern and spacious with a nice shower. The bed was really comfortable. We had included a breakfast (all 3 days) which was amazing- lots of choice of food, such as vegetables,fruits,omelette,bacon,pastries,coffee,juice etc. The best thing was - the rooftop bar on 8th floor,we were speechless. Lovely view , you could see Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia. The hotel has got also a pool, gym, sauna and solarium. The location was great! Metro & train station was 5min away from it, so it was very easy to get to our attractions fast and without any difficulties. We highly recommend this hotel and if we ever go back to Barcelona, we would be happy to enjoy it again!

The location is excellent! The room was nice. We found the bed to be a little too soft for our liking. The bathroom was great. A nice size with many ammenities. Our rate included breakfast which was a nice variety of juices, coffee and tea and well as a variety of fruits, cheeses, eggs and muffins, crossaints and sweets.

I was frustrated as I understood our booking also included complimentary service to the airport. Evidently it did not, so we had to pay for a cab. Additionally, when I asked the desk attendant if we could have additional water in our hotel refrigerator, he responded curtly that each room in provided with two waters. When the two water bottles are depleted, they will be replaced.

I thought that every person working there was wonderful! Giovanna, Jordi and everyone at bfast were fantastic!

Wifi sucked! I had to use my own hotspot It felt like having an iPhone Made it almost impossible to get on the Internet even though it said it was on the free Wi-Fi

The hotel has everything we needed (a young couple) throughout the vacation. From amazing breakfast and a superior room to kindful acts such as ordering taxi for us and providing useful information regarding restaurants and other attractions. In addition, the location is fantastic, being in the middle of Eixample, and the combination of the hotel itself and ita location makes it a stunning hotel.

- The Wi-Fi connection on the fourth floor is weak and often can not be entered. - The gym is not meant for full - body exercises, neither to the use of specific weights of barbells. Despite these minor disadvantages, we would definitely reccomend our friends to visit Hotel Condes de Barcelona as a jam packed hotel in the heart of Barcelona.

The hotel itself has a history and is a 4 star rating in the heart of Barcelona. All staff are very professional and fluent in English. Computers and printers are freely available in the Business Lounge on the 1st floor. The room is clean, spacious and good enough for 3 people. The cafe on the rooftop is especially pretty at night and is recommended as a place with a good view.

One of our family members slept on a sofa bed, but it's not as comfortable as a regular bed.

We had a great stay here in a family room for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to main areas. Our family room was very bright and spacious and had large doors you could open up, like having a Juliet balcony (You could not go out of doors and there were safety railings). There was also a large dressing area with wardrobes and a spacious bathroom with walkin shower. The beds were very comfortable and there was a large good quality breakfast choice. We found all the staff very friendly! Our daughter liked the rooftop pool and sundeck area, small but nice. Oh, did I mention the rooftop bar, just fabulous!...we went every day for super cocktails! We would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The room was very tidy and the bathrooms were always thoroughly cleaned.

I didn’t appreciate there being only one working lift. Sometimes we’d have to wait up to 15 minutes before an almost-empty lift stopped at our floor. It was very inconvenient as one of us had a bad knee so couldn’t opt to take the stairs.

superb location, superb and friendly accommodating staff - there seemed to be a lot of staff everywhere, so checking in or helping with a taxi was only minutes away rather than a long wait. The bar at the top had a DJ on Sunday night, he played some wicked tunes, very comfortable, and great atmosphere. Our balcony view from our 7th floor room overlooked the city and was pretty cool, room was well fitted and a shower to die for. The price was higher than we wanted to pay but glad we did; it was a great way to finish the holiday with a bit of class and style.

The pool was very cold but refreshing - could have been slightly warmer but that not a negative, my preference.

the location is great, the stuff is very helpfull, the roof top bar has very good food, all in all a great place to sta for a few days in the city!

our room was at the end of the floor and therefore a bit small (corner location), so the other rooms are bigger, but it was comfortable anyway. The noise isolation is not the best, sometimes you hear the other guests arriving/leaving the rooms etc.
