the size of the apartment surprised me! The location was wonderful felt safe when came back to the apartment late. Also, the doorman was super!!!!!

We had a 3-bedroom apartment but two bedrooms had no AC only fans! They are not enough for our kids!

The apartment was much larger than expected, the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment was comfortable, two full baths, the master bedroom was massive, along with two further bedrooms. The location was great for us, we walked everywhere. The grocery stores, restaurants, metro and attractions were close. We would book here again! The key pick-up at the hotel across the road was easy, the staff there were very friendly and gave us a few tips of restaurants, attractions and where to find the grocery store.

The elevator was out-of-service a couple of times. Most of the time that wasn't an issue... although, there were some days that we just returned from an hours walk and didn't feel like climbing five flights of stairs.

The apartment is in a beautifull building and really nicely decorated. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are beautiful large windows in the living room and one bedroom. A large wardrobe will satisfy every woman. A big plus also for three bathrooms. A big convenience is a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is also wonderfully located. Even though the apartment is in the very center of Barcelona, it is not noisy inside. Beautiful and safe neighborhood surrounded by wonderful historic tenement houses, wonderful restaurants and shops. Very nice and helpful staff at the nearby Claris Hotel deserves praise :) We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is quite dark, but there is a lot of sun in the living room and one bedroom in the morning. Two bedrooms have a terrible view as in old tenement houses. There was no air conditioning in one bedroom. For us, the kitchen is too modestly equipped, but we are demanding because we like to cook ourselves, due to the fact that we have a small child. It's a pity that there is no balcony to admire the beautiful views.

Checkin was very easy and we liked that the apartment was connected to the hotel reception, so we pretty much had 24 hour help if needed. The reception was very responsive and helpful. The location and the apartment size was also as advertised.

It was not clearly communicated that the second room would only have a fan, which didn't do much in 35 degree heat. We had to move the beds to the living room which had an ac that was on the verge of breaking. The second bathroom was also too small and the toilet amenities were very sparse. We got two tiny bottles of soap and shampoo and one tiny dishwasher solution.

The apartment is far better in reality! It’s spacious and has exactly what we want for a weekend getaway with friends. The bedrooms are not very big (especially the one with 2 single beds) but it can accommodate a family of 4 of a group of 4 very well. The location is great, easy to walk around the center. Another thing that we found as a plus is the fact that the hotel from where we took the apartment keys is around the corner. Which means that if you have any problem (we have a problem with the water) it can be solved immediately and you have someone to speak to. I totally recommend it!!

Location was great and it was very spacious. Laundry was a great feature to have.

The smaller room didn’t have air conditioner. It got a hot during the night if you sleep with the door close. In the smaller bathroom, after a shower, there will be a flood of water on the floor. There is too much of a gap in between the glass door and the shower floor. Lastly, after the apartment was cleaned, we realized there was no hot water. We found the water boiler but couldn’t reset it.

property location is excellent and close to all key attractions. The apartment had all the basic needs for the stay such as a washing machine, cooker and fridge. Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to public transportation

Our AC was not working and we had to wait for a day in order to get fixed. The hotel management speak fair English so communication was not easy. The parking facility is extremely expensive as compared to other facilities (there is a garage next to the hotel that charge 11 Euros per day, while the hotel parking charges you 35 Euros

Location was excellent, and staff were very kind and helpful.

Some noises were coming from the AC and some construction noise that either was coming from inside of the building or from the street side, I am not sure.

Clean and simple aesthetic. Loved the high ceilings and tile floors. Great location

The AC did not correspond accurately. There were stains on one of the sheets, and check in seemed overly complicated despite a pre-check in done in advance.

Amazing location, spacious living & dining room and loved its decor with its high ceilings and the little balcony facing the street. We were able to store our luggage on early arrival which was very helpful.

The bedrooms were really small and we didn't have much space to keep our suitcases. Also, one bathroom was very tight too. Was difficult to shower there because it was so small.
