A lovely hotel, in a great location so close to all attractions. We paid for parking at the hotel which meant as you pulled up outside the hotel, the car gets taken off to the parking area, which made life so easy with children and luggage. When we checked in, we were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a junior suite. The check in process was easy, the lady spoke amazing English. The suite was so comfortable, the sofa bed was already set up for the children. Both rooms had tv’s with English channels. The master bedroom had a king size beds which was extremely comfortable and very fluffy pillows. The bathroom, had both a shower and a bath, two wash basins and a separate toilet with bidet. The air conditioning was amazing, the curtains kept the room dark. We had a windows, with a little balcony which had views of the city. We went up to the 10th floor to use the pool and it gave amazing views of the city, we could see la sagrada de familia and lots of other sights. We went up in daytime and nighttime so we could also experience the city view at night. We didn’t eat the hotel, just because we were out so much, but we did have a drink in the downstairs piano bar, which the service was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We also had a drink in the rooftop bar. The staff were always so helpful, opening doors, asking if you need taxi’s etc. We will definitely return to this hotel and advise anyone who visits Barcelona to stay here. A jewel of a hotel to stay at in a wonderful city.

The staff on the roof top, moved our stuff from our table without asking and made a inferior sangria which had to be sent back. Guessing this is due to being so busy, but communication is key to good customer service

The only part of our experience that we didn’t enjoy was the rooftop area. We planned to have a quick swim and sit in the late afternoon sun for an hour but there are only three sun beds in the whole rooftop area and it felt very uncomfortable taking off a bathrobe to have a swim and then to sit on a restaurant chair with no access to sunbathing facilities afterwards. I suggest the hotel needs a separate swimming and sunbathing area for hotel guests only that is separate to the bar and restaurant.

Our room was amazing. We had a suite with a separate lounge area which made the stay more comfortable. It had a fabulous shower with great pressure and all the ammenities necessary. The bed was very comfortable although not a fan of the soft pillows. The room staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and were quick and efficient. The location was brilliant. It was central to everything. We were initially concerned about it being too noisy but it wasn't the case. It was very quiet and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Majestic in Barcelona. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to iconic attractions and upscale shopping. The staff provided excellent service, and the luxurious rooms ensured a comfortable experience. The dining options were exceptional, and the rooftop pool and spa were fantastic amenities. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and made my visit to Barcelona unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Location is super, we were in the middle of everything in Barcelona. We came in early and had little hope to get in a room. Sophia came to our rescue and placed us in a room. She is a god send. Super attitude and a true problem solver.

Maintenance is poor. Our security box batteries were dead and telephones were down. For such a beautiful hotel, the details were sometimes overlooked.

Sun terrace really nice, but no sunbeds? What is the point of having a swimming pool, if you are supposed to sit in a table

The location, the room, the food. Everything was excellent especially the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful. Always smiling. A big shout out to Bryam, Richard and Sophie. Thank you for making my stay so special. I had an amazing time and will definitely stay at the Majestic whenever I come to Barcelona. The porters were great too. It’s a really comfortable hotel. The best hotel I have ever stayed in.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The apartments are actually incredible, fully equipped and confortable. The location is good, you can go walking to almost every touristic place in Barcelona.

Maybe the price is kind of high because of the exclusive location. It's not that it doesn't worth it, considering how great the rooms are, but maybe there are some similar options for less in some other locations also in the city centre.

The property was beautiful! My family stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence apartment and it was so spacious and comfortable. The AC worked very well and we needed it during the heat wave. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in our apartment. The staff was so friendly and helpful-the service was top notch everywhere in the hotel. The rooftop bar was so special-a must see for incredible views of Barcelona. The neighborhood is very safe and has so many options for restaurants, shopping and there are 2 metro stops close by. I highly recommend The Majestic and we will stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona.
