Very good location, close to everything and room is very good and clean.

When first checked in the staff that checked us in was pretty rude, felt like she didn’t want us to be speaking to her. Made me feel pretty uncomfortable staring I had got the “basic room” as if that was the worst thing I could possibly get.

Location 10 out of 10. Extremely central. Everything at your door step. Nice modern hotel, breakfast good, staff extremely nice & helpful. Great value for money!!!

Friendly, fast an efficient serviced Hotel within a marvelous location, near Plaza Catalunya, at the very City center. Greatfor walking Tours or starting hopon-off bus. The Hotel is Easy to find. There are several bus routes including airport bus ( so you don’t even have to take a Taxi) just a block a way and also train lines which take you everywhere in no time. There are lots of Restaurants , cafes and shops nearby, including great jazz bar ( with live music) and absolutely great Cocktails almost crossing the street and also a pub with live music.

We didn’t like the breakfast room. It does not look attractive, makes the hotel look a bit cheap.

Room was clean and location is great

My room overlooked a very dirty back yard, full of cigarette butts. Kettle and iron/ironing board are available but not in the room

If you're a light sleeper you might have trouble at night as the windows aren't perfectly soundproof.

Room: When I proceeded to the booking I asked for a quiet room and that request was fulfilled. I got a room at the back of the building and not on the main street. Both the room and bathroom were clean/ed and tidyed up every day of my 4 nights' stay. Breakfast: was plentyful enough for me. fruits, juices, cereals, bread, cheese, sausage, jam, chocolate spread, scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt. Location: excellent connection since it's located at Placa Catalunya/Las Ramblas.

The coffee: good for my liking (not too strong, not too mild) but the coffee machine was taking too long to fill up a 250ml cup (I had to push the button 3 times). Depending on what time I got up there was a queue to get coffee. Reception: friendly but not very helpful when asked several questions on how to get to certain places. Good thing there is google these days... Internet: slow and often no connection. Not sure why bc some people mentionned here it to be excellent. I had to use 4G most of the time, unfortunately. Bathroom: I wish there was a toilet brush. Even though I was by myself I still find it aweful to leave it up to the maid to clean my 'mess' since there was no brush. Not sure why bc that seems pretty basic to me.

Perfect location for any movement, arrival and departure. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Right next ti Plaza Catalunya which makes it easy to access the whole city. Walking distance to most of touristic locations and good connections.

A slight slow check-in but I might have been that that staff member was still on training. Nothing unbearable though. My only comment was the AI con was turning off automatically during the night, and could deactivate that timer feature, other than that all great and smooth,

it is a beautiful hotel. our room was absolutely stunning. the hotel is very central and the view is beautiful. our room was very big and comfortable and very clean. the stuff is very attentive. they were super nice, helped us with everything we needed. the breakfast was ok. we had a great time and we truly recommend this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city.

While I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I did find the service to be a bit minimalistic. Although the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, there were certain amenities that were missing. For example, there was no room service or restaurant on site. Overall, I still had a great stay, but I do think that the hotel could benefit from adding a few more amenities for guests.

fantastic top floor suite, with a very large balcony area, with great views, the room was very large and the bathroom excellent. the staff were all friendly and helpful.

the furniture on the balcony was moulded plastic and not very comfortable, there was no bar in the hotel which was disappointing, but we used the rooftop bar at the hotel across the road. the breakfast was ok, but nothing special
