As I arrived in BCN at 4 in the morning due to a delayed plane, I really appreciated the 24 hour reception. The instructions were clear and despite the late (or rather early) hour, the receptionist showed me everything necessary. I was in the 8-bed mixed dormitory, so I was a little worried, but it was perfect, we were only women anyway, it was not very hot and the bed was comfortable. Despite the very central position it was not too noisy, which was a pleasant surprise, and despite the doors made of glass, it was reasonably dark (I am very particular about noise, darkness and temperature and all these were ok, which was a pleasant surprise). If you need to come/get to the airport during the night, it is highly recommended, due to the Aerobus bus stop which is just several hundred meters away.

The washbasins in the restrooms are rather narrow.

My stay at the hostel was nothing short of fantastic. The room was exactly as expected for a hostel, and I made wonderful friends with my roommates, all solo travelers like myself. Vitor De Moraes (I have to specify the name because there’s another staff member with the same first name, but I will get to him too), made checking in a delightful experience—he was not only exceptionally professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. Vitor effortlessly addressed all my concerns and ensured I felt completely at ease. The next day, I had the pleasure of meeting an another exceptional staff member also named Victor, who provided invaluable insights into transportation options in Barcelona, leaving me feeling confident and well-informed.The hostel itself boasted all necessary amenities, and the showers and toilets were impeccably maintained(in way better condition than most hostels out there!). The inviting atmosphere made extending my stay a tempting thought. For me, it was mostly Vitor's outstanding service that truly stood out to me. His warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction were unparalleled. As someone with experience in hospitality, I can confidently say that Vitor's exceptional service exceeded all expectations. Without a doubt, I'll be returning, and it's all thanks to Vitor and all the exceptional staff. Hasta Luego!

Bed mattresses could be a little thicker but minor issue.

Big difference in the knowledge level of the staff (regarding transport to the airport etc.) No privacy curtains Rooms have some walls made out of glass, so despite some existing curtains, light comes in during the night.

Literally everything was good! Especially the doors to the rooms don't make any sound at all! Beds are comfy, all is clean, people are friendly, the locker is included in the price, free tea/coffee and cookies, good wi-fi, perfect location.

It's a bit weird to pay for the luggage if you need to leave it in the hostel after 2 pm. The payment is not that big, but still in all the places you can leave it for free if you have a late evening flight.

The location of the hostel is very good, not far from Plaza Cuatalonia, from where it is convenient to get by bus to the airport. There is also a metro station, supermarkets and shops nearby. The staff is very friendly, there are enough comfortable beds and a locker for each guest

There are not enough hooks for clothes in the showers.

Great staff! Barbara, Veronica i Vitor were amazing and put a smile on my face everyday. The common area is amazing, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. You have free coffee, tea and cookies in the common room. Location of the hostek is amazing!

No sockets near beds, the room was a bit chilly during the night, the showers are fixed and take some time to produce warm water.

Situated in an excellent position and well connected. The staffs are really nice and willing to help. Plus there is kitchen for use, if you d like to cook.

The locker is just enough for 20 inch case, be noticed if you are carrying a big travel case and need to use it often.

nice open kitchen, simple yet well organised facilities, rooms with individual lockers (key included - no need to bring a lock), comfortable and visually pleasing bathrooms.

common area is mainly the kitchen - which has a nice large table, but a lounge with sofas would be more comfy!

Hostel connects great people from all over the world :D Good spot in the center , really helpful and kind hosts . Enjoyed the time mucho mucho grande :D it's a pity that it was so short but will come back again :) \m/\m/\m/
