Loved, loved, loved this accommodation! It is a beautiful property. The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere but if you are not a fan of walking there is metro and buses nearby. The street our window faced was quiet, but if you just turn around the corner you will find yourselves in the middle of the bustling city. Our room offered a beautiful balcony with city views. We booked a room for 3 adults and the extra bed was as comfortable as the "real" bed which is not always the case when we travel. Huge plus! Breakfast was great, possible to sit outside on their courtyard. Staff is friendly and helpful, big thank you to the ladies in the reception and the breakfast team! I have food allergies and the breakfast team was knowledgeable and able to inform me of what options was suitable for me, making me feel safe. The roof top bar gave us a view over the city and nice cocktails. We travelled in the end of May so the weather was perfect, not too warm. Next time I am in Barcelona I will definitely book this hotel again, can't wait!

location & interior

The amenity bottles were from a cool cosmetic brand however they have been refilled with different products which were not high quality. We found it misleading and quite disappointing. Also, one of the plugs next to the bed was not working so out phone was not charging during the night.

the location is excellent, a great starting point to explore Barcelona. The bar, restaurant and rooftop bar a really nice.

our room neighbours were keen weed consumers and worked there way through there supplies on an massive scale. they really blow there brains out, the whole floor smelled of it and it was actually possible to get high behind closed doors. first I thought I should list this experience under the pros but maybe it’s not for everyone also soundproof doors would be an investment. because on night I woke up to the cries of "oh god, oh god, oh my god“ repeated over the course of a 2 to 3 minutes. the us-american tourist next door was clearly in pleasure and not praying to her creator, she had possibly the shag of her life but I was an involuntary ear-witness of it

Perfect location allowing you to walk to most tourist attractions. Clean room, great view from balcony and housekeeping arranged my shoes that I left on the floor. I am a light sleeper but you couldn’t hear the street noise at all. I appreciate the hotel offering free baggage storage. Extra special touch was the staff sending chocolate to my room with my checkout letter.

The wifi wasn’t stable. I had two separate clerks tell me I removed things from the room bar which I didn’t. It was quickly solved and I was refunded. Maybe take a picture of the fridge when you arrive and when you leave just to be safe but they staff were lovely when handling the error.

This hotel is super cute and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. The hotel lounge with full bar and cafe had great drinks and great service. The restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Great rooms with comfy beds, great room service and an overall sophisticated and hip feel.

The area was very busy with lots of shopping which could be a bit overwhelming when you leave the hotel, but no complaints about the hotel itself.

Hotel Pulitzer felt very welcoming and it felt very luxurious. Everything about the room was great. loved the size, the comfortable bed and the good size bathroom. We had a wonderful two night stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. It had the best location near shopping areas and restaurants. Near where the action was but still on a quiet street. The best service was provided by Anna of the front desk. She warmly welcomed us, gave us restaurant recommendations, and was helpful with everything. She was the best! Thanks Anna! We would stay here again for sure.

The location of the hotel is perfect to reach everything in Barcelona. The metro station is very close. Many very good restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping, sightseeing, relaxation, good drinks and good food. Nothing is missing here. The hotel has a great design, a fantastic bar where you can also eat, great and beautiful rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and for such a centrally located hotel, the value for money is phenomenal. The design is great! You are greeted and seen off with many extras here. It is simply great to be so well managed.

The only niggle are the mattresses. Please replace them. Ours was really worn out. Then everything will be perfect!

I stayed with family in two rooms for close to a week and a half. The hotel location is absolutely perfect with regards to shopping, food and entertainment. From the beginning, the entire staff was extremely helpful, kind and resourceful when it came to recommendations and suggestions. The front desk team greeted us everytime we came and left the hotel and were pleasant throughout the trip. The bar and restaurant staff were also extremely kind and patient. The rooms we had were clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay and would 11/10 recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family.

There is not much I can think of to improve our stay. Perhaps a bit more variety for breakfast. Otherwise everything was great.

The room was simply gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the street. the entire facility was beautiful with a lobby bar and restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located on a direct bus line to the airport, making transfers from the airport economical and fast. The metro was close and the hotel was right on the edge of the fabulous medieval quarter. We finally got to see Sangrada Familia, which was the highlight of our short stay in Barcelona enroute to Florence.

Initially, I couldn't figure out the heating and cooling. I quick call to the front desk and the engineer figured it out for me. Also, having a balcony on the street was not the greatest. Barcelona is a party city and there was a lot of street noise until the early hours of the morning.

Location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent and the service throughout the hotel was exceptionally good. A lovely light, calm feel to the hotel which was welcome to walk in to after exploring the city. Super helpful at the desk for booking tickets to attractions etc. Roof top bar was just opening and whilst quite small it has a great vibe and good food.

Whilst we wanted a room with a balcony for fresh air it was sadly overlooking the main street which was very noisy at night and meant either no sleep until the early hours or closing the windows which defeated the object of paying more for a room with a balcony! It would be good to mention this in hotel description. Overall we found the room to be quite small for the rates charged with a very small bathroom that had a shower over a bath and not a seperate shower, also surprising for the rates charged.
