Beautiful hotel In excellent location for exploring Barcelona. We were upgraded on arrival to an executive suite with balcony looking into the roof top terrace/pool. The room itself was decorated beautifully and very clean, with the most incredible shower I have ever been in! Didn’t expect a shower to be one of the highlights of my trip! So powerful and spacious and hot, just what you need to feel refreshed after walking around everywhere! The bed was ok, not the most comfortable I’ve had but average, then there was a small desk/chair, nice coffee machine, mini fridge, hair dryer and usb sockets as well as the normal European plugs. we stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made, there was always someone cleaning something/somewhere around the hotel, I would say it was spotless. The rest of the hotel was beautiful, very chic! We had some nice cocktails one evening before bed for €11 each at the hotel bar, i believe they also serve food but we didn’t eat at the hotel at all so can’t comment on food/breakfast. Ideal location for the metro and basically being a 2 min walk from La Rambla! We got a 48 hour metro ticket (which included airport metro fee so we’re able to use this to get back to the airport when leaving), can’t get over how frequent/reliable the transport in Barcelona is! If you want to explore everything then defiantly get a metro card, you can buy online or get one from the ticket machines on the station. This hotel was such a great base with very friendly and professional staff, and a nice atmosphere and a touch of style that made it feel quite luxurious!

If I was being picky I think the room we were in was next to some water pipes possibly as we could hear flushing/running water, I’m assuming when toilets were flushed or showers running etc as it wasn’t constant. It wasn’t super loud but if you are a light sleeper then it could wake you up so maybe some ear plugs? Not sure if this issue would be present is all rooms or if it was just ours due to location.

Location is great, the personnel nice and pleasant, breakfast very good.

the executive room was at the first floor, the terrace was near the swimming pool, not enough privacy and some other drawbacks like the smell of the chlorine, the relative noise. also, the pillows are low quality. the pool is 1.20 m deep and a negligible length. it was more for chilling during the hot afternoon, not for swimming.

Excelent Room, excelente breakfast, but Downtown Barcelona becomes a dangerous Town, full of homeless and every where smell like a public toilette.

Location is perfect! Staff is very friendly.

This is an older building/hotel maybe so the doors cause a lot of echo and they slam shut very loudly if you just let go of them. You can also hear people in the hallways easily. It’s possible to block out more sound with closing a 2nd door available but I had reasons for not doing that.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We came for my husband birthday - they upgraded our room and left us fruits, chocolate and a bottle of Cava. Prime location!!! In the middle between Rambla street and ‪Passeig de Gracia‬. Right on the Catalonia squire and the metro station. Very clean room

The property is located within walking distance of center. You have Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Restaurants, Shopping within walking distance. The property is immaculate. All services offered Spa, room service, guest services is 5+stars. Breakfast is incredible, very fresh buffet. Worth paying for it. Adriana at the reception is very hospitable, helpful, knowledgeable……❤️Gregorio is absolutely the best!❤️ Ivan and his partner at Gastrobar make the BEST cafe con leche! Pool and Spa super clean.

The best location. Quiet, beautiful room in a stunning building. Amazing staff. Andrea at the front desk was an absolute delight who went above and beyond. Great restaurant, too, had one of the best cappuccinos in Barcelona there. I liked the evening service when staff came around and gave us chocolate. Nice touch. I wish I had taken advantage more of the facilities, like the spa, but we simply didn't have any time. I would absolutely come and stay here again.

We had an issue with ants and the staff swiftly addressed it. The outcome was zero ants for the rest of the stay. We couldn't enjoy the patio as the couple next door was outside smoking on their patio. However, we did not bring this up with the hotel staff so that is on us. The wifi wasn't great.

Liked the beds very comfortably and the pillows, room always smelled nice and bathrooms were neat and clean the location is perfect infront of metro station and shopping around the corner, the hotel vibe, the staff are very nice and kind, helpful, the pool was great, the hotel is perfect as it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city but yet it offers relacation and no sound

The laundry service terrible don't use it, they messed white t-shirt made 3 size smaller and stained in red spots, how ever thebhotel disnt let me pay for the laundry and they waved the charge,the house keeping in general was my issue neglects sometimes adding tea, taking the used cups not bringing it back, my husband had a nose bleeding while sleeping so he stained the pillow and blanket they never replaced them for the next 3 days.......same for the kids rooms they spilled juice or water on blankets they never replaced them makes me wonder why ..

Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona. Booked the junior suite, was an excellent choice, the private terrace and pool was a god send in the hot weather (pool could be a little deeper though - is less then a meter in depth) had an awsome stay and the staff are so polite and attentive. would definitely return
