Ines was a lovely and helpful staff member who really helped to organise my taxi to the airport. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. A small bathroom issue of a loose tap was fixed immediately. It is a simple and comfortable budget hotel that may suit some people. the area is quiet which may also suit people

Location is 30 mins bus ride to the centre of Barcelona (although it's close to Park Gruell) or a one hour walk up/down a hill. Hotels can be a bit generic generally, but otherwise there was nothing wrong with it other than having no windows (other than in into an area for dirty laundry) . The street is a little dull but there are heaps of small supermarkets for groceries, fruit shops and a number of small restaurant/cafes selling the same tasting paella from the same marketing boards. I did manage to find a couple of local places after a bit of a walk up the street.

Location is very good since it's near restaurants, pharmacy and grocery stores. A bus station is just in front of the Hotel where one can wait for buses going to Pl. Catalunya (25-30 mins). Breakfast is typical and filling. 🙂 Staffs are very warm and accommodating. Rooms are being cleaned daily too. Room size is adequate for couples and the toilet and bathroom are well maintained (in terms of cleanliness). Going to Familia Sagrada Church, it will take you 15-20 minutes walk.

Our Thermostat in our room was not functioning well. Though it's on 10, and on Aircon modos with max Fun level, it's still doesn't give cool air. We need to open the window slightly or half at night to let the cool air come in because the room is hot.

Hotel was very Bright , airey and clean. Although 2 miles from centre there was a very frequent bus literally yards from the hotel that was cheap and took 20 mins to la ramblas .

No kettle in our room but we asked for one and got it immediately. Some of the staff couldn't speak English but that's as much our fault for not learning Spanish

Had a delightful stay. Staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel is exceptionally clean and provides all the essential amenities. Neighborhood is charming, safe, and peaceful. It's also easily walkable to popular tourist spots, and there's a nearby bus station for those who prefer not to walk.

The hotel was really great with the awesome price. What is more , the staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast had a few great options to eat and everything was pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The little disadvantages were thin walls and the window which was covered .

The staff was friendly and knowledgable. The rooms and bathrooms were larger than I expected considering I heard European rooms were very small. And the price for parking was cheaper than I expected.

It's located in a residential neighborhood (near family so good for us) but finding restaurants was a bit more challenging. I wish there had been a way to book 1 room for 5 instead of 2. And I think the price point for the breakfast (9.5 Euros per person) was unrealistic for a family of 5.

Simple clean and tidy staff where polite and respectful and was to close public transport(bus stop right outside and metro down the road)

Traffic a little loud sometimes but that’s it apart from that it’s good.

Staffs are so generous with their warmth and very welcoming! and don’t underestimate their breakfast buffet because it’s worth every penny!

I really liked the fresh, new renovation : automatic doors, bright rooms, soft beds. I didn’t like the lack of a normal window or balcony, but for a couple of days this is not a big problem.

1. Lack of balcony or smoking area near the hotel 2. Late check in ( al least 14:00 would be better)

I like the place, it's close to la Sagrada Familia and supermarket. It's accessible to bus stations and they have great breakfast buffet. The staffs are friendly and open 24 hours.

In my room I have no view for the window, but understandable as it maybe an option to have a great view but upon request.
