The apartment for 7-8 people is comfortable in terms of size, it is spacious and has two bathrooms with showers, toilets and hairdryers. The bathrooms are brand new and clean. Kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher. There are balconies on both sides. Kind staff.

Bedding and towels are in great need of improvement. No duvets/quilts but blankets covered in sheets! Towels and sheets didn't have the whiteness one feels comfortable with! We arrived late at night with everything closed and in the apartment there's no tea or coffee.

Our stay at this apartment was great! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Parc Guell and the metro. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations for local attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

My apartment was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, always responding via WhatsApp as good as immediately. location is great, 5 min walk from vallcarca (L3) metro station.

Sound proofing between adjacent apartments is almost non existent, although this was not a big problem for me apart from when someone next door was hammering a nail into something. Although generally very well-equipped, there is no proper chopping board provided.

Easy check in, host was friendly and welcoming, appartment nice and the room-cleaning service was good. Good space for a family of four. Appartment was quiet and private. There was an outside private terrace, with some access to a daylight but no view (only walls). Metro station only a short walk. Groceries, bakeries and restaurants also within the walking distance. We had a very good experience.

The kitchen has not much space and it is only for a minor cooking and some easy meals. There was a fridge, a microwave, a small hob and a whistling kettle, but no oven, dishwasher, or coffee maker. The sink is rather small, so only a small dishwashing can be done at a time.

Great accomodation, bigger than I imagined so true to the pictures shared. Staff (particularly Eddie) were amazing, super friendly and gave great advice on places to visit. Also, helped me out with a needle and thread for fixing my bag. Lol Do not be alarmed if they request your information via WhatsApp, they are genuine and if you wish you can email those details over rather than submitting via WhatsApp, if that is your preferred method. I was cautious about this but unfoundedly so. 😊

The people in the room next door were rather loud which kept my friend awake as their room was closer.

There was smoking smell in the building most of the time, lacking of a dishwasher for this size of apartment.

I thought the multiple tvs and beds were great for a group of 10 of us aged 19-21 . The 2 bathrooms were perfect and very clean with modern showers. The apartment itself is very modern. It had 2 big balcony’s which were very handy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was cleaned every 2 days and towels changed for us .

Very nice, clean apartment. Great location for getting around- only a few minutes walk from the Metro. The reception staff were lovely - very kind and helpful. The terrace was a pleasant place to sit and have a glass of wine.

No electric kettle. A plug in electric hob which was very complicated to use and no oven. No iron in the room, although this was supplied by reception on request.

Big apartement in ground floor, which could be easily accesed with stroller and big inside building terasse, where you could put the baby asleep. Nice kitchen with equipment. Two small electric heatings for each room and also air-condition, we used for heat. Place is right in front of food shops and cafes, and 5 min to metro.)

We had to wait for cleaning and preparing the apartement extra hour, which is not cool when you count with it and outside is heavy raining and you have infant in stroller. Interior doors in the app. are very loudly creaking. Terasse is ground floor inside the building, its not nice for having food or relaxing. All the apartement is very dark and not enough sunlight is there.

Super nice and convenient location! Very close to public transport as well as some land marks.

The beds weren't very comfortable to sleep on unfortunately.
