The location was excellent: a five-minute walk from Las Ramblas with a small supermarket just across the road. The reception staff told us everything we needed regarding using our keycards, pool opening times, payment, taxes, etc. The apartment was spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room to move around. We had an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area: the kitchen had everything, including a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Big bathroom with a very good shower and handy toiletries, very comfortable beds in the bedroom and a good-sized wardrobe with a small safe, extra pillows and pool towels. The room was well insulated from noise from other guests. The rooftop area has a small unheated pool, a few sun loungers and tables with parasols and seating.

This is nit-picking, but we would have liked a couple of English-speaking channels on the TV other than BBC World news, plus clearer instructions on how to use the microwave/grill that we originally thought was an ordinary oven.

Very attractive, new, spacious, modern decor. Great size of shower and water pressure. Beautiful Juliet balconies wrapping the apartment. Easy checkin and entry process. Good assortment of restaurants, coffee/bakeries and market very close by. Easy to walk to many sights and shopping. Quiet, great blackout curtains. Plenty of towels. It also had all basic kitchen and cleaning supplies to get you started .

Lighting could be better in bathroom for doing makeup. Also it does need good directions on how to operate the washer dryer and the microwave- the little card just said to follow manufacturer instructions, not intuitive for us. We never did get the dryer to come on and used the handy drying rack.

We loved the apartment, it was stylishly decorated, very clean, spacious and bright and very well maintained. Lighting was excellent. It was perfectly set up with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. They thoughtfully provide a small kit with everything you need for cleaning up, as well as for cooking. The beds very very comfortable, they provided more than enough towels and sheets were crisp and clean. Location is perfect- close to supermarkets and places to eat. Daniel and Oscar were very responsive and very helpful from the time the booking was made until we left.

Excellent apartment all round. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was super clean and had absolutely everything you could want in it. We stayed for 8 nights but we had more towels than we could use and needed nothing. The sofas are comfy, as are the beds. The AC was excellent and not at all noisy. There were spare pillows, blankets etc so could suit ourselves. The apartment we had also had a terrace area, so it was lovely to sit outside - although it didn't get the sun it was a lovely outside space. The pool area was very quiet while we were there and although unheated made a lovely spot to while away an afternoon.

To be honest they had everything covered!

Location was great - perfect for exploring the old town, gothic quarter and then also Sagrada Familia in the other direction. Taxi rank is a 1 minute walk outside a hotel on the junction. The apartment was fantastic - really big for a couple, spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable and shower is lovely! Also very very soundproof - as we exited the lift we could hear a group of people talking loudly and playing music in another apartment but when we closed our door, we heard zero noise - incredible! And was a peaceful night sleep too. Check in very easy - just expect city tax to be taken at check in and also a holding deposit which gets refunded. Roof terrace looked great - pool wasn’t open due to time of year but an unexpected find for some early morning sunshine!

It was all good but maybe some milk (UHT capsules) could be in the kitchen pack too?

The best apartment we have ever rented for a holiday. We booked a two-bedroom apartment (4 adults) for 3 nights, and everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. We only had one small balcony in one of the bedrooms, but this was not a problem as there was a rooftop terrace with a pool on the last floor of the building. There was a separate bathroom for each bedroom, which was very convenient. The location is great. Walking distance to the center, shops, and at the same time, it was quiet during the night. The stay was unique and I would recommend Midtown Apartments Barcelona to anyone.

The roof terrace is great, but the only downside was that it was open during the reception shift of the day, but I guess this is due to some security reasons.

Brilliant apartments. So spacious. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses. TV in main lounge as well as bedroom. Decent storage space for clothes and plenty of clothes hangers. Decent location. Felt very secure with the door being locked and accessed by keycard even when reception was mannes.

I did have a view from my window but in retrospect, I think it made it more peaceful. Shower water seemed to travel a bit on the floor.

The location is close to the city centre and shopping area. There are supermarkets and good restaurants close by. The kitchenette is fully equipped with shiny cutlery and dishes. The apartment also provides dishwasher detergent. The restaurant downstairs, El Mercat, serves very good food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Nothing. If they can provide 6 coffee capsules for 6 of us that is even better. The reception opens at 9 am in the morning and we only have 3 capsules and need to wait for the reception to open and buy the capsule from them.

Fantastic location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy walking distance. Also close to public transport options if needed. Supermarket close by and a number of restaurants and cafes in convenient proximity. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations. We had an issue with the safe and dishwasher, both were resolved promptly without fuss. The rooftop pool is a real feature of this property. I would definitely book this accommodation again if we were to return.

A slightly larger clothes airer and more pegs would be a great addition, but otherwise everything was amazing.

great location. Large apartment. quiet. very secure. modern furnishings.functioal kitchen. Top floor pool and deck were a good outdoor space addition for sunning, swimming, or outdoor happy hour. Best of all, Daniel, the day manager, was extremely helpful and had excellent restaurant advice.

The doors between the bedroom and living area are beautiful but glass, so it is impossible to use the living space without illuminating the bedroom.
