The staff was polite and always had a fresh glass of water waiting for when we came back from the heat. They also accommodated our wish to be close to the elevator so we could take our puppy out more easily. They also provided a helpful guide of vets, parks, and pet friendly restaurants close to the hotel. The room was on the small side but had a balcony. The location was good. It was very close to a bus stop and a metro station, making it easy to get to more popular areas and attractions pretty easily.

The pet friendly amenities were non-existent. We weren't allowed with our small, well-behaved dog anywhere but our room, so we never saw the pool or gym or anything. Also, other NH hotels provide a doggie bed or something, but nothing was provided here. It seemed like the hotel hadn't been updated recently. The bathroom had some design issues that made it flood whenever we took a shower.

I came on a city break with my 8 year old boy. The staff treat him like a king. From reception staff, to chefs, to cleaning crew, all were so amazing. The pool and terrace, especially in the evening, was beautiful. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and well looked after by the daily cleaning staff. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each day. The location was perfect as we could be in the city centre via the metro in 15 minutes (including the 3 minute walk to the local station from the hotel), but then be out of the city to relax later in the day. The mattress was a little hard for me, but it's impossible for the hotel to accommodate every person's sleeping requirements. My son slept fine.

Overall we had a really pleasant stay. - Check-in and check-out were swift. - The lady at the front desk was courteous and accommodating. - They kindly loaned us a luggage scale, which was greatly appreciated. - The rooms were exceptional in terms of both comfort and functionality. - The level of hygiene maintained by the establishment is top-notch. - The air conditioning was effective and maintained a comfortable temperature. - The room service staff promptly replenished all our towels. - The beds provided were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. - The location is exceptionally convenient.

Just a few things. - The situation where you're required to pay for fast WiFi in a business hotel in 2023 is oddly amusing. - There's a shortage of power outlets in the room. One side of the bed had only one outlet, while the other had an unusual-looking switch that was non-functional. - On the first night, everything was quiet. However, on the second night, some peculiar noises occurred around 2-3 AM within the hotel premises. It was rather disruptive to my sleep. Moreover, around 4 AM, there was the distinct sound of a washing machine in operation, causing some disturbance.

Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and tidy. Had to ask for a few things, I got the items straight away. We opted not to have our room cleaned one of the days (you hang a tag on the door), in exchange for a free drinks, however we didn't get the free drink! Great location for Camp Nou. Metro line a 7 minute walk. We loved Barcelona and I would happily stay in NH Barcelona Stadium again.

There were no towels in the pool area, but when I asked for some, it was sorted. We ate in the restaurant one evening, but didn't enjoy our meal. My daughter had a margarita pizza, more like a plate of melted cheese and my pasta was very salty, staff in the restaurant very friendly and its beautifully presented, shame our food was disappointing.

First of all, I want to thank the hotel management for such an excellent service, all the staff who were responsive, receptive, always helpful. I thank everyone who cleaned the room, and I also want to specifically note that it was my birthday and the hotel management paid attention to this, even gave a small gift. The room was great, especially the bathroom was huge! Clean & spacious. Great view. Definitely recommend 10th floor. The pool was perfect temperature and empty we had it to ourselves. Didn't get to use the gym but if we had have stayed longer it was handy. Air con worked great, so great in fact we needed the light duvet that was provided. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back. Location is just 20 minutes from city centre on metro. Metro so easy to use. Closest metro 5 mins walk.

This hotel has a wonderful location and easy parking. The quality of the hotel is far, far above the price we paid. I honestly would have expected to have paid 3 times as much after seeing the hotel. everything about it was perfect. The staff were wonderful. Our room was so large it felt more like a suite than a budget hotel room. The location is perfect for Camp Nou as well as for visiting the sights within the city. There is a metro station located very close but we chose to walk in order to enjoy the city. I will be using this hotel again on my next trip to Barcelona. It is absolutely perfect. Thank you to the staff who's English is far better than my Spanish. They made me feel very comfortable.

There’s a parking available, rooms are very clean, food from the restaurant is delicious, breakfasts are great too, broad variety of food. Rooftop swimming pool has amazing view over the city.

Slightly sloppy service. The first day they forgot to bring one of the meals we ordered with room service. The next day we asked if it’s possible to take the tray with dishes away from the room, some hours later we came back, the tray was still there

Very well situated hotel not far from the metro station. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a variety of products. Nice roof top swimming pool.

At the bar we ordered a virgin mojito which was not on the price list, but the bar tender told us that it wasn't a problem to make one. Nevertheless we were disappointed that it was charged at the same price as the normal mojito!

Great location, a small room but it had everything you need. We also liked a small gym with free weights, a bench and a cardio machine. Cleaning service and clean towels were provided every day.

A small downside was having a shower which caused a mess on the floor because of splashes coming from the small shower cabin. Also the floor inside the gym is very slippery which is not optimal for a workout, but you can use mats hanging on the wall in the same gym.
