lovely hotel. we stayed for 4 nights b&b. we was in Barcelona to watch football at camp nou and the location was perfect. just a quick 10 minute walk through the park. Bus stops in easy walking distance and taxis park right outside. we will definitely be returning

Not a great deal of things in walking distance

Our room (304) was huge, as was the bathroom!! Completely spotless and everything we could have needed was thought of. The staff were extremely helpful (especially Wendy) and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Only a 5 minute walk from Maria Christina Metro station, 2 minutes from a bus stop, and 10 minutes from Camp Nou. There are also a couple of lovely cafes very close by.

Nothing, it was excellent and we will definitely be back!

The previous evening I also had a room booked in this hotel via a business travel intermediary, and this went wrong (see What didn't you like). However, the staff were very helpful in providing us a room in an alternative hotel (part of the same chain), were very apologetic and arranged taxis between hotels, to the office, some drinks vouchers, free breakfast and ensured good rooms at the alternative hotel. What was a nice touch was that I also received a nice room and free breakfast when I returned to the Rigoletto the following evening. The room was very comfortable and had everything required for a business stay. The staff were very helpful. The location is perfect if working in the Les Corts area.

Not part of this Booking but related - the evening before this booking I was to stay at this hotel as a part of a business booking via another intermediary. We arrived to discover that the rooms we had booked several weeks before were no longer available and that we were booked into an alternative hotel some distance from the office. The hotel informed us that they had tried to contact us via the intermediary and via telephone in the preceding days. However, I had only one missed call from them which was on the day itself while already on the plane, and I did not receive the email message via the intermediary until 9pm on the 11th May, which was already more than a day after the event.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Great location, close to metro station and bus station. Also around a 10 minute walk to Camp Nou football ground. Lovely spacious room with everything we needed. Great selection of shops and restaurants close by.

More seating around the pool area would be good!

The staff are amazing, reception ladies and gents were exceptionally reliable and always happy and energetic! breakfast was great, with an excellent variety. I’d suggest adding more labels and perhaps more halal options to accommodate the clients coming from different backgrounds. the pool was descent, nice for a day at the hotel. location is great, 5 mins walk from Metro station Maria Christina from there you can get anywhere!! there is a condis a few minutes walk. the hotel looks like it cared for and maintained in good shape! the hotel does not have a view if you are excepting one!

The sheets where not changed everyday, we stayed 4 nights and noticed it. Maybe, do a more thorough cleanup in the future!

Great, friendly staff that gave a nice welcome, and the hotel is very nice, the room was very comfortable, a bath was a nice plus! The breakfast was very nice and had a large selection of good quality food.

The hotel rate seemed expensive given, e.g. no free water was quite annoying after a long journey even if the room was perfectly comfortable. That said, the price is not a surprise if you are booking online so only a semi-grumble!

I liked the shower cubicle without a tub very much. good concept.

the fact that my room had no windows. it’s the first time ever that I stayed in a windowless hotel room. at least now I know they exist

Great location, super friendly staff, very good breakfast, I would say perfect if it was only for work

We travelled with a baby (3 month), the mini fridge isn’t cold enough to store breastmilk (the staff always kept it and were super accommodating) and the crib was big and took all the space in the room. If travelling with baby, book a junior suite (triple room has a third bed but no extra space for crib)

The pool and the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was amazing as well.

I didn’t like how the pool closed so early. Along with the floors being a bit sticky. The room service was amazing extremely nice staff in that department and the front desk. The only thing I wish this hotel had was a laundry room for visitors to do themselves.

Room was really big, it was clean, staff were very helpful. Easy access to metro for trips into the city centre. Within walking distance of Camp Nou.

Front door was glass and no warning signs on it. You can walk straight into it, needs red warning signs on it. We could hear drilling from 8.25am each morning work was being done close by.
