the Location is awesome! very convenient ! the rooms were clean , front desk staff very accommodating and knowledgable especially Sergei and Miriam! The lobby Bar was a good meeting point with awesome Bar tenders Tony and Fiden! Cant thank him enough for suggestions and advice on the city travel etc etc ! great cocktails too!

The executive lounge needs an upgrade ! looks drab and dated! i am a architectural designer and work on hospitality projects! the rooms and suites need a face lift ! The buffet breakfast at the lobby level is terrible , we had booked our suite with breakfast included for the whole week! however we ate the first day only and as it did not have a better array of food we ate outside! I like the hotel and will be back here but will not have breakfast included!

I liked the location ... walkable to some sights and very close to some great shopping.

The only thing I can say is I was there with family for 3 nights and we had 3 rooms. My son was coming in 2 days later and staying for 1 night. His flight was cancelled and he arrived a day later the same day we were all going on a cruise. Even after speaking with the manager the hotel would not refund my cc for the missed night. While I understand it was within the 24 hour period I thought they could have handled it differently especially since we had been guests there for 3 nights.

A fantastic location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was very ample and comfortable with a great view from the panoramic window ( we were on the 9th floor). The staff was friendly and accommodating to all requests.

Television channels in English were limited to news channels only. Only BBC, Aljazeera, and France24 were in English. Many channels were broadcasting American-made programs dubbed into their corresponding languages but with no option to change to the Original Version (VO), something that most, if not all, cable platforms in Spain provide.

The location was convenient. The hotel was nice with an outside bar and sitting space.

I had 3 rooms for 3 nights for family. I had a 4th room for 1 night for my son who was coming later than us. We were all going on a cruise. My son’s flight was cancelled and he barely made the cruise. The hotel wouldn’t refund me for the late late minute cancellation. Considering the 3 other rooms I had I thought they could have been more accommodating.

The breakfast was fabulous! Very fresh, hot and delicious. The best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! The evening before we had snacks, wine and beer. It also was very delicious. We had just come in from sight seeing, so it was great to sit and relax and have a snack. The bed was very comfortable. It was overall a very wonderful experience in this wonderful city!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!!! If we could of stayed longer, that would of been the only thing I can think of to make it even more perfect! Maybe someday we will get to return!

Very well maintained hotel and good amenințe, even tough is not new. Anyway is underrated, as we found better services than the ones rated by some of other guests. Rooms big, Hilton standard, clean , with facilities, bathroom completely renovated, breakfast very good with enough options. Options for transfer to downtown by metro or busses, very convenient.

You cannot open the window, but the AC works well. The bellboy called for a taxi at the departure to the airport who asked for a fortune, 48 euro, instead of 28 euro which was normal for taxi, Uber or Bolt. The driver did not want to put taximeter, as I requested, he said is a fixed price, he was in fact lying. For me was clear that is kind of "agreement" with the bellboy to ask for more money-a kind of rip off. I paid the most extensive taxi for 15 mins ride to BCN airport. It's a petty that hotel management tolerate to collaborate with these kind of crook drivers (ladrónes).

The location of this hotel is really convenient, only few kilometres from the centre. We took taxis mostly, which were available in front of the hotel and it usually costs 20-30 euros. There are few eateries and a few shops nearby which is really convenient. Unfortunately the hotel does not have the proper restaurant service, which is a shame. We enjoyed few drinks at the lounge bar, which was okay. Breakfast was good, a lot of options but was kind of repeated.

No restaurant service in such a nice hotel really baffled us....could not think of any reason. We asked for the rooms to be together, but were told only if available. The staff, however, gave us rooms in the same floor, which we thought was a good compromise.

The location of the Hilton Barcelona was stellar! We could walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was outstanding. Food presentation was beautiful. Delicious food, great service. We are Hilton members so our breakfast was free. I suggest everyone join Hilton honors. Next trip will definitely stay at the Hilton Barcelona. The service

I think you’ve got it all right. Remember this is a Hilton Boutique Hotel. If you’re looking for luxury, stuffy & ”big” this is not the hotel for you. It was definitely one of the best Hiltons we’ve stayed at

Excellent location and comfortable room, bathroom and bed. I liked the work area with comfortable chair.

It wasn't possible to change the temperature or air conditioning fan with the control. Whatever setting I chose made no difference. The blowing air was slightly too cold much of the time.

The meal was normal, and the accommodation was quiet. I think it's a very normal accommodation.

The first accommodation I was assigned smelled of cigarettes, and there were no hairdryers or gowns in the replaced accommodation. I requested it later, but I was told to look it up again, and I was able to receive it the next day. The location of the accommodation was far and it was inconvenient to move by public transportation from the city.
