We stayed here for five nights and we had two rooms. The rooms were spotless. The bedding was comfortable and there was a lot of space. Both of our rooms had a small kitchen which we did not use, but would have been perfect for families with small children or travelling on a budget. The housekeepers work so hard. I especially appreciated how our things were straightened up and not just wiped around. The maid even cleaned my hair brush, which may seem weird, but was an extra touch for me that I loved. Special shout out to Clara who was so kind and offered lots of information and support during our stay.

The location is a little far from the main attractions. But, the metro is just a few steps from the front door and it's easy to access and utilize. After a day or two, we liked the location even better because we were in a quiet neighborhood with delicious coffee shops and restaurants for dinner.

- bottles of water only included on arrival - cleaning did not including tea, coffee, and cleaning kitchenette or floor - reception: there was only one person and sometimes it is too busy, sometimes they should smile more :)

Good communication, location close to public transport and shops. We arrived late at night ( about 2 a.m. ) due to plane cancellations. From airport we choose private transfer.We were well received .Everywhere in the hotel was clean.We had breakfast (without reservation ) which was a buffet and was good (from eggs to meat and dairy products to cereals and fruits, coffee,tea ...) and cheap (6 euros/person.) ...deserves a 9 . Another day we also cooked in the small kitchen, which was well equipped.The room was ok., comfortable beds ,the bathroom is even better. We asked for a bathroom with a bathtub and we got it. The property was near the Station Les Courts, which I used everyday. It was quiet and family friendly. The Staff gave us enough plans to figure the Metro out. It is very easy to use. Hop on Hop Off Tourist bus stop was near this property which was good as well. The Staff and the cleaning ladies were very kind and always smiling. Breakfast was 12€ per person but it was delicious.

There was no Lidl near this property so shopping in Spains local supermercats was a little bit expensive.

Nice neighbourhood, subway station and big shopping mall are nearby. Underground parking with acceptable price 16euro per day under surveillance. Room with very comfortable main beds, big bathroom with a bathtub. Nice kitchen with all necessities, safe box. Room could be separated in two by inner sliding door

Secondary bed (foldable sofa) was curved downwards in the middle, fridge was VERY noisy, windows shown an office building across small space below. But the main issue for me has been the process of moving out of some incredibly loud guests from the room above mine. They started stamping their floor (my ceiling), slammed the doors like crazy starting at 5am (possibly early check out). And then at 6am the room service came there and started moving the furniture or something like that. My sleep before the day-long driving was ruined, unfortunately. Should mention that the previous night was good and silent.

I have been here before and came back because I think it is a good choice. The price and the facilities are good, it is a good hotel in general, it has the Corte Ingles very close, also cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean also the lobby.

The hotel staff always make the difference but here the girl who cleaned the rooms was nicer and smiled more than all the receptionists put together (including the boss). Maybe they should change roles and put the cleaning staff at the reception. The wifi system is still archaic and they ask for all your data to use it (although it also works with false data) I don't understand why they can't put a simple password instead of asking for personal data that will surely go to a database (to do this is illegal). the tv lacks channels in english or in any language other than spanish or catalan.

Good location and convenient transportation. The room is relatively spacious and the kitchen equipment is basically complete. There are hot and cold drinks for breakfast, and the fruit is also good. The bed was comfortable with good pillows and the room cleaning was good.

The staple food for breakfast has not changed, there are few varieties, and there are too few vegetables, especially no salad.

It was excellent location, quiet, peaceful environment. Breakfast was always freshly prepared, delicious, service staff gave us the best advice, politely answered all our questions. The rooms were cleaned every day.

I remember every day so pleasantly, I think I have no reason to complain about anything. My team and I were satisfied and liked the conditions of the hotel.

Location is close to the metro station. The room is very clean an cozy. Small kitchen has kitchenware so you can cook. Beds are very good. Check in available 24/7. There are plenty of shops and small cafes around. Quiet neighborhood.

For winter travelers take into account there is no central heating, you can warm up with the use of conditioner, but still it’s a bit chilly in the room
