Welcoming, informative and attentive staff. The location is perfect and it has everything you need within close proximity. Gorgeous bakeries and coffee shops, the metro is 50 metres from the hotel and it's only 4 short stops to city. You can also walk to Las Ramblas too if you are feeling fit! It's great to come back to the hotel peace and quiet of an evening after the crowds of Barcelona. The room is spacious, really comfortable king single beds, excellent quality bed linen, our room was facing the street and it was still really quiet. The air-conditioning is fantastic and was really needed during Barcelona's extreme heat. Plus you can also open the window for fresh air. There is also a minibar fridge in the room. Great bathroom with excellent hot water pressure in the shower. The bathroom has a power oulet and built in hairdryer. Extra large towels. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a door and entry passageway. Super fast Internet speed and smart TV. YouTube is available on the TV and you can also Chromecast to the TV from your devices, both Apple and Android. The hotel is exceptionally clean, our room was cleaned every day and provided with fresh towels. Would we return to the hotel again when in Barcelona? Definitely, it's great value for money and has everything you need.

From check in until check out everything was great. Hotel is at good location for Barcelona sightseeing, room was nice and spacious (including mini fridge which was great for snacks and drinks). Cleanliness was top level, room was cleaned and towels replaced almost every day. Señor at breakfast and all his helpers were also top notch. Big and clean bathroom. Metro line L7 is right behind a hotel and with it you can go straight to city center Placa de Catalunya. We took aero bus from airport to the Placa and then L7 to hotel (45min trip from airport to hotel) Would come back to this hotel if I ever come to Barcelona again. Great hotel in a very nice neighborhood. I stayed for a night and I appreciated the comfortable bed, the friendly staff and the nice surroundings. It's very near mercado de Sant-Gervasi, plaza de la Bonanova, some very nice gardens and many shops and restaurants without being too overcrowded, as the center is. From there you can easily reach the cable car going to the Tibidabo church and attraction park. I was really happy about the cleanliness of the room and the general service and I will definitely consider coming back and recommend it to my friends!

Everything was great, the staff were really friendly and informative. The man who was at the counter when we checked in was so friendly, the couple he was serving as we walked into the room was asked about food recommendations and he called his brother I think who is a chef, I thought this was amazing, going the extra mile. We were happy to hear our room was ready as soon as we arrived which was a lot earlier than check in time.

We did have issues with using the apps on the tv. But we were naughty and didn’t actually ask anyone about it.

I got a room upgrade as soon as I arrived, and the staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable and quite big. It was cleaned everyday and there were complementary waters in the mini fridge, which in the heat of Barcelona, you will definitely need. The temperature in the room was very nice everyday, never felt hot. There is a bus stop and a FGC train stop near the hotel. The staff helped me with entertainment and booking tickets for the tourist bus and the Sagrada Família.

Quiet area just outside the city center. Easy 200m walk to metro. Safe, with card access to enter hotel. Nice room, very comfortable beds.

Shower over bath, although it worked perfectly. Only received 1 can of water on day 1, nothing thereafter, but there is a small supermarket across the street, where you can buy.

Miriam who was at the front desk, she really is the queen of customer service. I originally asked for high floor and she gave it to us. However my senior husband wanted a lower floor, I did not know this when I booked. Miriam, moved us right away to a lower room, just as comfortable, airconditioned, with toiletries, however, easier for my husband to manage because of his back. The room were cleaned daily, coffee and snack available all day. Breakfast and dinner delicious on premise. Miriam, rest of front desk staff, cleaning/maintenance and restaurant staff especially the restaurant managers always available to help. Also, the neighnorhood is fulll of all types of delicious eateries, interesting shops, flea market on Wednesday, library and Spainsh magic...Close to transportaion to get you anywhere you want to go in Barcelona. Every few blocks a quaint litle neigbohod pops up.. Great Hairdressers "Pelo&Co across the street, reasonable and talented hair care. Grocery stores, roasted chickens, I could go on, but got to go.

Loved this quaint and charming hotel, cant think of anything missing so I have no comment, was totally satisfied and will return.

staff was super friendly and helpful, bed was very comfy, room spacious. good location, 5 min walk to metro.

AC blew very cold air towards the bed so we couldn’t use it, even if we adjusted it to the maximum temperature. staff could be more updated on taxi prices to airport, our taxi was almost twice what the receptionist who booked it for us had said it would be

We could not have breakfast the first day due to medical visit very early in the morning. The next day they wanted to charge us more because we did not have breakfast the first day. although it was already a fix price.The garage was almost impossible to access.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere. The staff is aleays helpful and positive.. The breakfast full of fresh fruit,. We felt 100% comfortable.
