The hotel front desk are very friendly and big help on everything in Barcelona. The coffee and sandwich in Vitrina is tasty and I will definitely miss it, the breakfast in every morning. The bed is comfy and good for sleeping, room is clean.
The noise proof is no good. Hot water in shower is hard to control the temp you want...

I had a great stay at this compact hotel. The attached cafe was a nice bonus, it gave the hotel entry and lobby a really hip vibe. I made great use of the cafe as a space to write, plus the food and coffees were excellent. The neighbourhood itself is also fantastic, there are great bars and parks within walking distance.
The bed isn't necessarily anything to write home about although it wasn't terrible either, just a bit minimal. As with many hotels in Europe you can hear noise from the hallway/adjacent rooms, and although it wasn't anything that woke me up, generally speaking there was a bit of noise between 11PM and midnight. This is also fairly normal for Spain where restaurants and patios are bustling at that time of night, but worth mentioning for light sleepers.

The location of the hotel is exceptional! 2 minutes to the metro station in a safe and lovely neighbourhood. We have arrived later than we expected due to a flight delay (like 10pm) but the lovely lady in the reception desk waited for us and greeted us with a big smile. The check-in was very easy and quick. The room we stayed in was slightly small but it is not a problem considering this is a city hotel, we didn't expect to spend too much time in the room anyway. The cleanliness of the room was amazing. It smelled so nice, felt really hygienic and super comfortable. There is a small (and VERY popular) cafe downstairs and everything they serve is delicious. The coffee, the breakfast options and pastries, all great! They also give a 10% discount to the hotel visitors. We will definitely come back in the summer!
Nothing! Everything was great, I cannot think of anything to complain about.

The location is perfect. Very close to good restaurants, small supermarkets; walking distance to Plaza de España and Plaza de Catalunya, a two-minute-walking to the bus and metro station and a short taxi ride away from the train station and other major touristic attractions. The bedroom was clean and the hotel has a very pleasant smell.
The shower doesn’t have a curtain or completely closed box glass; even a short person turns the bathroom into a wet mess after a shower - but that seems to be an issue in a lot of Spanish properties, and it’s not that huge of a deal. It’s not enough to taint the experience

What a gem. Not your regular fancy hotel - feels l more like a smart invention: The location used to be a storage and they kept the industrial design. Including a very slow but large elevator (think hospital elevators that need to accomodate portable beds) that has a very comfortable chair in case you are bored on your trip between the main and the second, or the third floors. Rooms are very clean. most of them without view but have good airflow and no street noise. You can enter the hotel from the main entrance that has a code to get in, or use their cafe, which offers sandwiches and deserts that are fresh made on site and really tasty. Try their cheese cake with a cup of strong black coffee and you will know what I mean. And then the non stop smiling and fun, and very young front desk staff. And the cafe staff. They sure know how to make you feel like you are home. Without emptying your pockets.
Nothing that I "didn't like". But maybe softer pillows would be a good option.

-Very nice staff, they remembered me from my last visit. -Hotel is trendy and has a great coffeeplace where you can also order food -you can sit outside with your coffee -rooms were clean and nicely decorated
-the room was smaller than the last time I stayed, and had a window looking out over a little courtyard in the middle of the hotelbuilding (I was too high up to see down), but you looked right into the windows of the other rooms, so I had to have the curtains closed all the time. It gave me a locked up feeling ☹️. -there was no fridge and you could not make any thee/coffee in your room. There would not be enough space for that anyway.

The hotel was super clean and easy to get to with lots of restaurants and bars around. Super easy to walk into the city / main areas and close to busses. The interior was also really cool and the rooms very comfortable.
When we arrived, we were told we would be in 1 room for the first night and then would have to move to a different room for the rest of the stay - which was fine but I think the guy was maybe new and didn't really communicate in the best way. The next day, we received an apology and felt they understood the frustration. The room was damaged by previous guests, so it would have been nice for this situation to have been handled differently.

We liked the staff! They were super helpful, we did not have enough blankets or towels for three guests however it was easy to get help and grab more. Our room was not ready quite when we arrived however we arrived quite early! They also had a nice place for us to store our luggage while we went and grabbed something to eat after a long day of travel anyhow and the room was ready for us after our lunch. This hotel has lots to do and lots to eat around it and is not too far from the beach however it is an hour walk and that may be far to walk for some! This hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were very beautiful with great AC for the hotter months. There is a cafe connected in the building and it is also a very lovely cafe. I would recommend this stay to others!
It was a bit farther from our favourite food places and the beach than we would have preferred but it is still a great location and that does not really have anything to do with the property itself. I would not say I necessarily disliked anything about my stay! :)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its convenient location near the metro and bus stations made getting around Barcelona, including easy access to the airport with the Aerobus (direct line bus from the airport). There are several charming coffee shops nearby, and a grocery store right across from the hotel which was incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and always ready with helpful advice. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a simple yet delightful experience in Barcelona.
I wish they had a small fridge in the room to keep some left over or drink in the cold.

To be honest with this price the experience was fantastic! It’s not so far from the center nor from the station, the staffs were very nice and patient, and the room was just fine for one person. Another part I like a lot is that they have a really nice and cute cafe down at the hotel so you can grabe a coffee after check in! I am definitely coming back.
I think the wall is slightly thinner than usual, and you can hear other guests time to time. But since I can almost sleep anywhere, this didn’t bother me as much. I also think that perhaps they can use a bit more countertop space around the sink? It’s okay for a night but I would really like to have a bit more space to put my skincare products or contact lenses.
