Location of hotel was great. Rooms spacious and clean.

Food was repetitive in the restaurant for dinner, pork and same pasta every night.

Good location for the night life. Close enough but far enough not to be too noisy. An older crowd so it had a relaxed feel. There wasn't any stag or hen dos when we were there, so it was nice and quiet.

Food was ok, but the hot food was a bit hit and miss. I didn't think the meat was great quality. But ok value for money. Guys, watch out for the African girls trying to pick your pockets outside late at night. Even though it's next to a police office.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent cleaning staff. Lovely big beds. Happy hour is a great idea but the evening one ought to include draught beers as we felt cheated when those on spirits could get 2 for 1 and we couldn't.

Drinking water should be provided free at mealtimes, or made cheaper. It became an unwelcome expense for two of us each mealtime. The lifts are very annoying and slow. Too many people for 3 lifts

Arrived at midnight. There was a supper waiting in the dining room for us. Never before has that ever happened. It was so lovely and thoughtful. The dining staff were professional and friendly. The cleaners were excellent. On the morning of my sisters 60th birthday they snt chocolate cake and champagne to the room. What a lovely thing to do. I wouldn't stay anywhere else after the way we were treated. We had an amazing stay.

Location of hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The food was poor and not to our taste, we were half board but only ate in the property 2 out of the 4 days we stayed as we didn’t enjoy the breakfast or evening meals. This is a large hotel but only has 3 working lifts (of which, 2 are very small) this usually leads to long wait times.

the only thing that let the hotel down was the room cleaners. there was no coffee or milk left in our room, we asked at reception for coffee and went and purchased our own milk from the shop, a note in the room said if you wanted your tea and coffee replenished it was at a cost of €5 per week, when the room was cleaned the cups where not replaced or washed, I find this very poor for a four star hotel

The beds were very comfortable & the room was very clean. Having a DJ around the pool was good. Half board giving an option of either lunch or evening meal was good.

Not a huge selection of hot food options & a bit repetitive. The shower head was too small & was fixed above therefore not allowing flexibility.

struggled to eat in the restaurant. not a fussy eater. variety of food could be better for the British. entertainment was a bit poor. had to go to various locations for entertainment. Hen Do’s to noisy in the early hours .

The location was perfect, hotel was spotless staff were very friendly & helpful the food was great entertainment was fantastic 😊
