The rooms were perfect for us especially myself and im a wheelchair user. The food there was a great variety to suit everyone the food was also perfect there were no faults with the food or the room, it had a fantastic pool. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was excellant in every way possible

The food was excellent, good selection and staff were always pleasant nothing was too much trouble and meals cooked fresh if needed, Simon who ran bar outside back and the front was a very caring young man when the brolly fell over due to a small gust of wind and hit me on the side of my head, he soon got maintenance to brolly and every day asked how I was, staff on reception were wonderful, caring and cheerful, the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels and linen changed every morning, spotless and the hotel was close to the main entertainment, but the hotel was nice and quiet at night, security was good Hotel only accessible by reception then your key card for entry to the rest of hotel, pool, toilets and access to rooms. This hotel never runs out of sunloungers. Could not fault

Entertainment really, the gentleman who sings in outside bar and pool activities, the lady with him was really nice but his manner towards her we did not like, he probably is a nice man but needs to speak to her a little better because when singing outside he was rude, abrupt and no manners towards her Please and thank you would have been nice.

Great location for bars/entertainment. Plenty of choices for food at mealtimes, even for picky eaters. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

Table waiting staff in the restaurant clear tables far too quickly. If you leave a table to get another drink from the machine or return to the buffet between meal courses, you will find your table has been completely cleared & reset for the next guests to use.

Hotel is lovely and clean, perfect location. Rooms are quite small but there was only 2 of us and barely in the room! Big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was great, so much to choose from! Hotel is right opposite morgan tavern. So a short walk to main streets and beach. Got a private transfer from and to the airport which took around 25mins. We booked this through allicante travel. Would definitely return.

Everything was excellent. Should be more stars hotel. The Food was exceptional and the choices, far too many too choose from, so now I've put weight on, in a good way. We were full board can't fault the meals at all . Cleanliness, Staff were ace and you could have a laugh with them. So pleasant and happy in there job. A credit too the hotel and that goes a long way in my opinion. , Pool. This is my second time at The Calypso and we will keep coming back. Location spot on. Me and my partner love this hotel. Only one swimming pool to cater for everyone. I like a swim but kids jumping in or playing with balls. Kids need to enjoy themselves as well. A separate pool would have been good.

first time at this hotel, have already booked to go back. everything about this hotel is excellant, the rooms the staff the food the location . cannot rate this hotel high enough you wont be disappointed

Great location in Levante area by all the bars and nightlife and not far from the beach,very central. The hotel also has an underground carpark. Rooms were fine, not huge but perfect for a short stay, the shower was excellent! We had breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant was lovely and clean with so many choices of food.

Would have liked tea or coffee with lunch n dinner. Even if there was a charge. Towels on beds from early morning.w

The security was very reassuring.

The shared toilets were disappointing, definitely ready for a refurb, very worn & weary making them difficult to even look clean never mind trying to clean them. 😞
