The Level at Meliá Villaitana

the hotel facilities are amazing and the food at restaurant was of great quality, spa is also really good

the level should limit families with kids, the pool, restaurant and noise was all around families with kids not behaving properly. spa is for relaxing and having kids in the pool and everywhere did not help to relax. I though was the level was adults only, but it is not.

The hotel is simply stunning, set in the hills of Benidorm away from the hustle and bustle. It was perfect for our trips to Alicante, Altea and Calpe. The hotel is beautifully constructed with alcoves of serenity everywhere you look. The staff at The Level provided a superb service and are a credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here as you have access to both hotels. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all at The Level Melia Villaitana.

Everything was amazing, the food, the staff, the entertainment and the surroundings. We are a family of 3 adults and 2 ten year olds and there was something for everyone. The whole atmosphere was one of happiness and smiles from guests and staff alike!

Not a dislike but as there were not many English people staying there, there was no English translations at the shows. We didn't mind but would have enjoyed the magic show even more if we had known what was going on!!

The room was a good size with a lovely balcony view. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room on the level was great location near the pool and all amenities. The staff were exceptional and friendly and nothing was a problem. The actual hotel location in terms of the Benidorm central was OK only 10-15 Euro in a taxi. The golf courses were OK apart from the bunkers. I will return to this hotel again.

The showers in the bathroom are difficult to regulate and very hot sometimes? This needs to be addressed, especially with children using the showers. Could be dangerous ?

The location was quiet yet very convenient to go to Benidorm by taxi. The room was how I imagined, I had stayed at the hotel some six years ago. The attention to detail was how I remembered, the staff were friendly but professional. I only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was excellent, anything that you could want for any national.

No complaints, I suppose the only thing was the taxis to and from the hotel, which of course is not under the control of the hotel. Taxi's came when ask for, but the prices varied, whether it was based on perception of the customer, who knows, they were metered, but only a slight niggle. Overall the hotel was excellent.

We liked the vast beautiful garden, golf course view and the large size rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The food quality and choice is very good. The Level cantina for water and snacks has great value. Should be 24/7 though.

The Wifi connectivity in our room was problematic at times. The signal was good however the connection was not working. I'm sure they will check and improve it.

the interior was beautiful all the rooms decorated nicely. always love option of both a bath and shower in a room. Elemis toiletries given which was a nice touch. didn’t realise that within the booking you had access to a room with unlimited snacks, fruit, wine, soft drinks etc defiantly a plus point

Breakfast amazing, swimming pool huge, staff very polite and helpful.

Because of arriving earlier due to flight schedules, room acces came very late. Around 3 pm. We gave notice at the time of booking but no flexibility was shown.

The food is great, amazing swimming pools and the Level lounge during the day is great.

Could do with more english breakfast style selection

Had a fantastic stay at Melia Villiatana, breakfast was good, facilities were excellent and the room was great value for money.

It states 24 hour room service available but unfortunately it is only 24 hour drinks available and probably should state that on the website instead
