There were fleas in the room and they bite us, it haw to be an urgent disinsection !!!

I actually think overall this hostel is great option for short travel times in Bilbao. Beds were pretty comfortable but you dont get that much of a privacy that you might need to get. I was lucky since my bed was right around the corner apart from the others. The lobby of the hostel was great and was pretty nice to meet other people. Also the location feels nice and its right next to old town.

I think the summer here should be great but during the winter/ rainy days, the windows basically felt like there was nothing and you can hear anything that comes from the streets. Also some nights felt chilly.

The hostel is excellent in terms of staff, design and location. A terrace and a common room on the fifth floor are great for socializing. The staff was great: I wanted to change room and they gave me another one in two minutes. I totally recommend this hostel if you stay in Bilbao.

Little things: for instance, many beds don't have a shelf to put stuff. Also, the bathroom on the first floor doesn't have hangers in the shower.

the location really can't be beat! the beds were comfortable and the bedding was quite nice. The in-room bathroom was great. AC was very much appreciated. The included breakfast was decent, largely because of the really great quality of the fresh fruit on offer! The woman who works the day shift on reception is really friendly. They also accepted my backpack from the camino luggage transfer guy so that it was waiting for me there when I arrived after a long day of walking.

The 4-bed was definitely a bit cramped and having to make up the bed yourself is a pain, considering that this is one of the nicer hostels in town.

This Hostel is situated right in the old part of the city, from there you can reach almost everything on foot. The kitchen and common room are super cozy and make you feel like you are at home. I was traveling alone but you can make new friends very easily here. The rooms and the bathroom is clean. The staff is super kind. I had some problems and they helped me without hesitation, which can Not be taken for granted. If I ever Return to Bilbao I will go back to this Hostel!

Location...in old town. Kitchen has plenty of cooking equipment and tableware, plus fridge to store your food. Air conditioning in the room was nice. Each bed had its own light and plug.

The lower bunk was very low (right on the floor) and the upper bunk was too low...I was concerned I might scrape my back getting in and out. Need more hooks for guests to hang towels and maybe a chair to sit on in the dormitory. Location is a little bit far from the central bus station to walk - a recommendation on which local metro to ride would be nice.

Amazing location in the city center. Very friendly staff and I agree with other reviews that the beds were pretty comfortable for being a hostel.

If you are sensitive to noise, Bilbao city center is noisy at night. I heard drunk people shouting outside of our window (closed) and eking me up at night. However, I am a light sleeper. The bathroom on our floor also had. Broken shower and just one working shower (for around 21 people) I hope they re fixing that soon.

I stayed in the female dorm room with a private bathroom which was very convenient. The staff was helpful and nice and hostel volunteers organized events such as pub crawls and trips for travelers to meet. There was a free Spanish breakfast, a kitchen area, and a spacious lobby to hang out. Wifi worked great. All doors opened with codes, so there was no need to carry around keys. The hostel is located in the old town, very close to the main sightseeing objects, restaurants, bars, etc. The coastline, beaches, and other further-away sights are easy to reach by metro.

Really great area, right in the centre of old town! lots of things in walking distance. Communal area is nice and relaxing for breakfast, chilling etc with music and comfy chairs. The guests kept the areas clean for everyone else. Staff were really helpful and knew the area well. Beds were very comfy! I would recommend this place :)

Very small bathroom (2 toilets/ sinks) for a whole floor of bedrooms. Barely any surface space to put your things (although they do provide a locker). I kept hitting my head on the bottom bunk as it is quite low down and curtains would be nice on the beds. I had to make my own bed after a long journey at night.

Amazing location right in the old city center. 5 min walk from one of the main metro station. Surrounded from all typical and cheap bars and restaurants! Easy to reach also the "new part" of the city,e verything is really walking distance and I felt safe in the city! The hostel itself is a small nice and cheap place! People working there are really nice and friendly, warm welcome and available for any help. I went too see the terrace and the "living room" and it's a really cozy place but the weather wasn't the best so I really enjoyed to stay in the reception and kitchen. Kitchen well equiped with plates, cups, tea and coffeee machine always available for free use and few microwave too! It's not possible to cook your own dishes and simple breakfast but it's perfect for the hostel and the price! Small room but beds are really comfortable and when you arrive you have your own bedsheets in a quite big personal locker where you can keep your luggage! Light and socket next your pillow! SMall bathrooms with shower but always clean!

Nothing to complain about! Nice staff, perfect price and location, breakfast included, nice rooms and comfy beds!
