Location was superb. Trams were virtually outside. A lovely coffee place was also a minute away so was excellent for breakfast. There was a supermarket 2 minutes away. Metro was a short distance away. The main market was a short walk and the hotel was close to the old quarter. So the range of eating and drinking places offered was fantastic.The room was bright and nicely renovated. The people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Coffee was available from a machine downstairs if required.

We were there 3 nights. Unfortunately for us, there was a local festival nearby and the music was extremely loud and went on till 1.30 am and there was no way you could sleep. This was out of the control of the Hotel.

The Hotel Sirimiri has everything that you could need for your stay in Bilbao. I was traveling just for the weekend, and it was great for my short stay. I stayed in a double room which had large beds, a very nice bathroom and shower, a mini fridge, air conditioning, and WiFi. There was also a nice breakfast buffet that only cost 6 euros. The location was very central being right in the Casco Viejo and near the tram stop. The staff were also very accommodating; they allowed us to check in late at night and helped us figure out how to take public transportation to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very practical to enjoy Bilbao during the weekend. We had rented a car, so it was a plus that there was a parking and if those places were taken, there was always a place nearby.

There was no separation from the bedroom and the bathroom. Everything was in the same room. They didn’t tell us when we checked in and it wasn’t in the reservation info.

The hotel is located well in the middle of Bilbao, so you can easily walk or catch the metro to the city's attractions. The staff were really friendly and were happy to answer my questions.

The hotel is difficult to find and I had to get out of the car, find a bar, and use my not great Spanish to ask someone for directions. The parking situation - there are few parking spaces and you can't book in advance - is also pretty bad. We also had to try and figure out how to work the air conditioning in the room as it was just so hot when we got there.

it was so central, but the most important thing was the staff . I had a small medical problem and he arranged a taxi to take me to a clinic, he had explained my problem to the nursing staff there ( as we didn’t have any Spanish). it was all sorted in 20 minutes. he was young but extremely professional. we were blown away with his concern and efficiency.

Amazing location just a few minutes from the old town (Casco viejo), great air conditioning, comfortable beds, new and modern equipment, really clean room, friendly and helpful staff, tram stop immediately across the road, big windows

The fridge in our room didn't work, the wi-fi signal was really weak, disconnecting a lot, parking is free but the parking spot is not reserved and it is often full

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They advised us on where to go and what to do, in excellent English, as we have zero Spanish. It's an excellent location, right near the old town. Bilbao is a brilliant place to visit, the pintxo's were out of this world.

Receptionist provided us with a map of the city, circled interesting places to visit, and explained how we could get there (such as how long walking, metro system and how it works, etc.). Great location.

I would have preferred fluffier pillows. They were kind of flat.

Excellent location, near the river and the Mercardo de la Ribera, not far from all the action. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great sized room.

Parking was full on arrival early afternoon and seemed to be full for the remainder of our 3 night stay. As a result, we had to park in a multi-storey car park approximately 15 minute walk away, at a cost of around 18 euros per day.

Good location near the Old Town. 10 minute walk to Plaza Nuevo, half of that to the market hall. Clean basic hotel, friendly staff. Tram stop very close.
