The location was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We liked the adorable interior details and that the room was equipped with everything you might need. The hosts were making sure that we would find our way to the place and it was very helpful.

As it is also mentioned by the host, I would recommend taking some extra time when driving there as the roads there are not the easiest. We were a bit worried about getting the rental car too muddy from the dirt roads but then just gave the car a quick wash at BP petrol station for 2€ and by returning a clean car we were probably able to avoid the extra inspection for any bottom scrapes.

This place is just wonderful! It's remote, so it's great if you want some peace and quiet. Nico and Zelie were awesome hosts, very accommodating and helpful. The house is old and it has a certain charm to it and I love the fact they kept it rustic and didn't try to modernize it, even the doors were the old ones. The bed was comfortable and even though the temperature outside was quite high, inside it was nice. In the room there is no kitchen, but the apartments have one and it is fully equipped. There is also a pool behind the house, which is perfect after a long walk around the area. This is the perfect place to relax and watch the stars during the night. I highly recommend it and will come again! The road is a bit tricky, but manageable even with a small car, you don't need a 4x4 to get there. Basically, when you get off the main road you have around 15 minutes until you get there and it's an unpaved road.

I didn’t dislike anything! But a head’s up for future guests: best reached by car and there is a dirt road for 15 mins on the way to the accommodation, better to get a 4x4 as smaller cars may struggle and damage can be caused due to uneven roads (especially rentals - we realised the hard way and had to pay a hefty fine). For guests intending to work remote - Wi-Fi is a little on and off, not ideal if you have a lot of meetings but it’s to be expected in a remote mountain retreat! Next time I will definitely come to switch off from outside world :)

We loved the place which is in a little hill sorrounded by loads of almond trees and with great views to many mountains. The apartment was great, small, clean and cosy, just perfect for a weekend or few days trip. If you are looking for relaxation it has a great location. The staff also were so friendly and nice, always making sure our time there was enjoyable. Sure we'll come back!

The location was beautiful, very calm and close to the nature. The hosts were super helpful and kind. They cooked delicious meals for us on the spot with fresh ingredients. They were also very flexible and willing to help us with anything we asked and offered us a drive. They also have 2 sweet kittens and horses and it was lovely to spend time with them.

The place is a hidden paradise - beautiful, natural, sustainable, family friendly, super peaceful. Hosts made us the best breakfast, coffee and fresh juice. everything was really aesthetically beautiful, well equipped. the place has no plastic, it is a historic site. it is bit hard to get there, but hosts have pick up service. highly recommending the place!

Absolutely fantastic location. The views of the mountains are exceptional. A fantastic friendly host Nico couldn't be more welcoming. A log fire was lit for us in advance of our arrival. A lovely touch. Everything you need is here to enjoy a very peaceful stay Loved it. Can't wait to return

The views driving into Finca Serrato were unbelievable, the route was well sign posted from the main road. We stayed in the apartment opposite the pool. The interior and set up was super sleek and simple. The Pool was perfect size for a dip. The bbq provided us home cooked meals everynight. Sander and Marie clare were super welcoming and helpful and came to greet us at our car and showed us around. It is very remote but thats what we were after, super peaceful and quiet. If you want rural but in simple luxury then this place is for you- you need a car!!! x ps the photos on booking.com doesn't do this place justice- much more beautiful in real life!

The new managers Nico and Zélie were excellent hosts. The casita (Oliva) is cosy and stylish, and the bed and bedding were very comfy. The finca is very dog friendly and there are lots of places to walk. The New Year's eve dinner was excellent!

Healing oasis of calm. Beautiful place hidden in the mountains. Nice and cosy room, the pool on the edge of hill. Quite, wind and birds.
