Fab location in Cala de Moral, right near the beach and with a lovely scenic walk to Rincón de la Victoria. Big supermarkets and gorgeous bakeries just around the corner and everything you need nearby. Room was fab, great size with a balcony after we asked for one from reading previous reviews. It was kept lovely and clean throughout our stay and all the staff were fab. Pool was lovely too and the pool bar was very reasonably priced. Cala itself is very quiet so very much a chill out location, but nearby Rincon has a lot more happening. Approx 25 min drive from Malaga airport.

Pillows were absolutely awful, no tea/coffee making facilities and only four hangars which wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was not great - most of the hot food was cold even when it came directly from kitchen.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, everyone from the staff at the front desk to the cleaners was incredibly pleasant. The room was massive, much bigger than expected. Proximity to the beach was a big plus. The rooftop view was good too. The shower pressure was excellent. My room had a jacuzzi bath, which I chose not to use because of the water shortages, but it was a bonus.

Nothing in particular was bad. Mostly just dated decor. Some fixtures and fittings were worn or degraded (lamps, light switches, TV remote, mirror in the bathroom etc.) Not bad by any means, but could do with a little bit of attention.

We stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it's just a quick two-minute walk to the beach. The great part of the hotel is definitely the pool bar. It offers a wonderful view, a lovely pool, and you can enjoy delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. What truly made my stay memorable was the incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful staff! Nadia at the pool bar provided exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude. The receptionists, Irene and the other girl who was working on June 30, 2024, in the evening, were also amazing! They were quick, professional, and assisted us with all our questions and needs, some of those issues were unexpected and very important but the receptionists helped us very fast. Overall, this hotel is a gem with a great location and outstanding staff that made our stay truly enjoyable. It's definitely worth a visit!

the staff where very welcoming , very bright and modern as you walked in the reception area . lovely size room , double bed which I asked for they accommodated. location was good . curtains , bedding and furniture not dated .

parking was a nightmare drive round about 6 times trying to find a space .

Breakfast was good and the choices were plentiful . The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable . All staff on reception , restaurant and house keeping staff were polite and friendly . There was a large room for our bike storage which was handy . Pool area was nice but we didn’t use the pool as the water was cold . Underground parking was good although this was an additional charge .

There was nothing not to like about this hotel except that the tv/ fridge unit and skirting board in our room was a little worst for wear and the bathroom was dated . This didn’t affect our experience or holiday

Breakfast is ok but not exceptional. The bar on the sixth floor is being underused - they have this beautiful view and space but don’t take enough advantage of it: put some plants, lounge music, some cozy lights, a good bar tender for real cocktails and offer some good tapas or restaurant on the rooftop.

Relatively far from Malaga - which can be good as well. The pool on the roof is good, clean and comfortable warm. The view from the roof is nice. The Hotel is really close to the beach and the beach itself is also nice and clean. Great coffee places and restaurants in the surroundings.

The Hotel is definitely in need of renovation! The central floors on some levels look really gross! Somehow, when you open the window, after a few minutes it starts to smell in the hotel room. The smell comes from the hotel-internal ventilation system. Well, I guess the ventilation system was maintained same as the floors... Good thing: When you start the AC, the smell disappears immediately and the smell will not appear as long you have the windows closed.

Love the spacious room! The bed was very comfortable. The pool is gorgeous! I wish the weather would have been a bit warmer so that I could swim in the pool, sunbathe and delight myself with the astonishing view. Two breakfast options were offered. The buffet looks amazing with fresh breads and fruits and all kinds of other goodies. I opted for the "express" breakfast; coffee, bead, meats... it was delicious.

At times there was a kind of unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom. However, it did not bother me during my straying.

Definitely rooftop pool was the best ,pool was very clean and view amazing.Nadia and Eduardo made the best mochito !They were both very nice helpful,Eduardo was excellent during breakfast and always smile and you could tell they enjoy their job .Nadia was very nice at bar in pool and even with my bad Spanish 🤦‍♀️we understand each other 😊Breakfast was excellent lots of choice of food even Eduardo always helped find me my gluten free options 😊The location is really good ,view from the room could be better and maybe a balcony will be nice but even that I still give a top mark for this hotel .I enjoyed my stay very much and I definitely would like to go back .These 2 people I named they deserve a medal for hard work they do and they still welcoming guests with smile on their face I wish people like them are in UK !

It’s not I didn’t like but probably the view from the room could be better and balcony I was expecting,also jacuzzi bath wasn’t working and toilet wasn’t flash properly but even this I still enjoyed every second of my stay .

Our room was huge! The beds were very comfortable and having easy chairs and a table was a bonus. Breakfast was good with an extensive choice of hot or cold buffet foods. The hotel is located close to the seafront. The room was very reasonably priced for the standard of hotel.

As we stayed out of season there was no bar and no food available apart from breakfast and no facilities in the room for making a hot drink. However the receptionist did lend us a kettle.
