The staff at the reception was very good, very welcoming and friendly. The same for the housekeeping staff and dining. Amazing rooftop terrace with outdoor pool and just gorgeous sunsets. kettle in the room plus free mineral water. The room was very well equipped, with everything you need. Beautiful restaurant with seaview and nice space- tables not to close to each other, so you have your space. They invite great musicians so the dining experience was amazing. I feel they really look after you and want you to make feel comfortable. It's very clean and aesthetic. You can take nice beach, seafront walks from the hotel in both left and right directions, and the bus stop is very close to the hotel too. There was also very nice church in the town and enough restaurants and places to eat to make your stay nice. The area is rather quiet, and still developing, but it wasn't a bad thing for me. I had a nice stay and was able to recharge my batteries. Didn't need much more. So overall very great experience and would recommend the place. Beautiful smell everywhere 😍

There was no "do not disturb" sign to hang on the door when you don't want the cleaning personel to come into your room, and when you don't respond to their knocking quickly enough they just enter your room.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Villa Chiquita in September 2023. We were greeted with an extremely warm welcome by Matteo at the desk. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially if you need recommendations for excursions etc. The lobby area is modern, with an authentic Spanish feel. Our room was spacious and very clean. Others have said the beds are uncomfortable, but I'd disagree! One small problem was that the shower was not much more than a trickle - we left it a couple of days but it didn't improve, so we spoke to Mateu at reception - he immediately got the maintenance guy to have a look, and he found it to have a blockage! We were really impressed with how quickly they dealt with the problem. Air conditioning in the room isn't great, it doesn't feel really feel like air conditioning as the temperature stays the same, so perhaps some electric fans might be a good idea! Breakfast is very nice, the same each day but there are quite a few options. Plenty of fruit, pancakes, eggs, pastries etc. Also milk alternatives and a few options for vegans. The spa, pool and outside areas are very clean - unfortunately the main pool is in shade for much of the day, and so is too cold to swim, but the dipping pool on the roof is nice. The roof top area is perfect for sunbathing ,and the live sax & sunset are a really good weekend combination! Plus the food and drinks are reasonably priced. Parking is a little expensive at €20 a day so we just parked out on the road for free, no problem. Overall a lovely hotel, which we would highly recommend.

Air con not the best!

The property was very clean. The junior suite and balcony were great and the views from the roof top were incredible.

The rooftop area and pool were fantastic with great views. The pool did look a little weathered, cracked glass panel, tiles missing from the pool and a discolouration on tiles. Overall it was great. We found staff to be hit or miss. The reception staff were always brilliant but some of the serving staff came across as rude and unhelpful. The majority were excellent however.

Breakfast was superb, options for every dietary need. Views from balcony rooms and rooftop Sunset Sea Club were outstanding. Peaceful and serene hotel.

The area in this hotel zone wasn't what we expected. Although the sea promenade was right off property, many abandoned buildings, not sure if due to COVID or other reasons. Bring mosquito spray! Due to a lot of standing water in area mosquitoes were everywhere. Stores had no spray, they couldn't keep the spray on shelves long enough. We visited in early to mid October so it may have just been the season. Restaurants were a good walk away but still manageable but we had to abandon our walks due to the pests and thus couldn't explore the area in more detail.

Great location in Colonia Sant Jordi. Close to a lovely little bay (Estanys beach) and close enough to walk to the main port area without feeling isolated. Upmarket, calm and modern hotel with especially lovely staff, great breakfast and lunches too.

The only tiny thing? This felt like an adults only hotel for most of our stay and then a couple of screamy toddlers arrived towards the end of our stay. Not the hotel’s fault and I doubt they get many kids but having the screaming and running echo around this haven of peace was a bit weird. So if you could make it adults only for next time please ;)

My mother and I stayed here for the last few days of our trip to Mallorca and we couldn't have had a better choice. The hotel is big, very comfortable and with a very nice spa area, which was great since we had a bad weather for going to the beaches these days and we were able to enjoy the structure of the hotel. The breakfast is wonderful, the staffs were very kind and the room, very comfortable. It is discreetly away from the center, but we were able to walk without problems. We participate of the free yoga class on Friday before leaving and we really enjoyed it.

Nothing, everything went well.

Staff attitude and general decor. Very German in it's clientele. I went out of season so it was quiet, despite being apparently fully booked. Staff knowledgeable and did their best to accomodate all requests. Views of the sea limited, fantastic terrace on the roof. Spa and gym area functional but it's not its focus.

The lunch club sandwich was inedible due to the bacon being riddled with gristle, acknowledged and changed, but surprised to see it on the bill on check out. Didn't like that parking per night was €20 extra, but there is parking on the road, just means a further lug of the luggage. For the money, the room wasn't bigger than the adjoining Marquez I normally stay at for almost a third of the price, all with sea views and the breakfast was about the same.

Breakfast was good. Could have a little more variety for the salad selection ( same veggies every day) and sugar free non dairy drinks( soy milk had sugar in it). Loved the lavender shower in the spa area! We were upgraded to an amazing sea view room! The live music at the rooftop bar at sunset was an unforgettable Mallorca memory. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Villa Chiquita is superbly located near to a superb beach and a short walk to the local shops and bars. The hotel is very well presented and luxurious in a subtle and understated way. The staff are well trained and extremely kind and attentive. The dining is 5 star and it is a delight to end the day with wonderful sunsets as you dine.

large roooms with his and hers closets! large balcony with nice view of the sea! roof top terrace with great view and nice bar and regular live music! very well designed building, not a flat row of similar balconies! good restaurant and amazing breakfast!

not much negative to say, maybe the parking could be included. we parked in the street but not always possible!
