Lovely room with a beautiful view of the sea. Air condition was so quiet you could hardly hear it. There was a (Nespresso) coffee machine, a fridge, a safe and plenty of closet space. The room is not big but is more than enough for two people. The bathroom was spacious and had enough shelf space to put all your things on. Very clean and in good condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone greets you with an "hola" and a big smile. We got help with booking a transfer to the airport for our son who was staying at another hotel - this was very much appreciated and worked very well. Breakfast has everything you can think of and the terrace overlooking the sea is a beatiful place to have your breakfast or dinner or a snack. We had only booked the room with breakfast but we could chose to have dinner day by day and we did this once. It was very good. Every other night or so there were live music (small bands and individuals), very tasteful music and performances and very pleasant to listen to over an after-dinner drink. If you don't like the performance there are different spots in the hotel where you can be instead. The rooms are absolutely quiet and we could not hear a thing.

If I really have to find something it was the soap which I didn't like so much. But it was no problem as we had our own soap with us ;-)

An absolute gem of a find in a beautiful, peaceful location. The decor, cleanliness, food quality (and range) and peaceful facilities were exactly what we wanted for a small weekend break. Enrique, Fadma, Montse, Maria, Oumiame and Magdelena were all so very attentive, friendly and helpful with lovely personalities - they all deserve a special mention along with the chefs who made our stay perfect - thank you all. A lovely, cooling pool and quality sun-loungers allowed us to relax and just watch the world go by - excellent!!

The only thing that if we had to be critical about would be that it was absolutely scorching when we were there and some fans in the roof of the sun terrace would have made dining in the evening a bit more comfortable - something that could be easily added I guess? The rooms were a little smaller than we would have liked, but they were clean, quiet and perfectly attired. Believe me when I say these are only minor criticisms and the hotel, team and location was perfect!!

I loved the gorgeous view from the room and from the various sun beds. Total serene beauty. I loved that you could walk along the coastal path for most of the length of the town and there was a beautiful, quiet beach nearby. The sunsets are unbeatable. The staff if very helpful and the facilities are great. Breakfast was tasty.

Nothing.

First, the scenery of the hotel, in the balcony can see the sea really feel very comfortable and cozy. Next is the hotel staff, very enthusiastic, but also recommended us the food around the hotel, very responsible. The hotel breakfast is also very good, while watching the scenery and enjoying the food is really very happy. It is the first choice for travel and vacation!!!

In the dinners (that were included in the fare) they charge 4 € still water that is refilled. - lunch menu has only a couple of dishes, the service is very slow, recommend to have lunch in other restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel looked good and the room was very clean. The sea view from the balcony was lovely and the sea views from the downstairs were fantastic….The staff were excellent happy, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was substantial to suit all tastes and the bar/snack menu had a great selection of food and drink.

The hotel is in a hotel area and you do not have the feeling of being in Mallorca as the place could be anywhere. Lots of German people with full board, and more elderly guests, which is fine by me but some people might want to know. It was good if you like this type of hotel though. The light on the balcony cannot be turned off and you feel observed when sitting outside.

The stay was very pleasant. Room was very well-cleaned, shower was great, and bed was very comfortable. With room facing the sea, it was fantastic to fall sleep while listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. The hotel in general was quiet also. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Also, the most beautiful beaches are at a short trip from the hotel by car.

Useful location - walking distance from downtown Colonia Sant Jordi and the beautiful Es Trenc beach. Lovely views onto the sea.

The immediate area is a slightly unlovely estate of hotels which is a bit soulless. No parking - which led to a rather stressful attempt to find street parking - ultimately successful. They have bizarre extra charges - a daily charge for using the in-room safe, or for certain sunbeds. The revenue cannot be worth the irritation factor for guests who would expect that to be included. The lunch menu (at least by 3/4ish when we sought lunch) was highly limited and the nachos pretty terrible. We didn’t eat there again apart from breakfast which was good.

Good breakfast options. Excellent air-conditioning. Very pleasant hotel staff. Delicious lunch dishes in the menu in the bar. Very comfortable rest area on the shaded terrace. No kids in the hotel
