Great new Modern building and apartment. Comfortable bed and sofas . Fantastic location within minutes of good restaurants and tourist sites . Great customer support from hosts . Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend.

Sadly on our first night ,the weather saw a huge shift .from intense heat to a much cooler climate. The bedding provided was simply a sheet and no additional blankets etc in the apartment. This was rectified immediately after contacting the hosts ,but resulted in a very cold first night. Roof terrace appeared locked on two attempts to access.

- the online check was a hustle in the begining. There are no staff so keep this in mind. - the washing machine had some strange problem so it took longer than normal to wash. - the apartment was clean but still it could be cleaned much better.

The apartment was ideally placed for restaurants and bars along the river and in the back streets towards the Mosque. Also within ten minutes walk of the hub off Cordoba tourist attractions, the hop-on-off city bus and the Tourist Info. The flat itself is stunning and very stylish, modern. Very comfortable bed. Good hot shower. 2 TVs. Good wifi. Pilar was so nice and incredibly helpful with local info. She even booked me a taxi back to the station and phoned him to make sure I was on board! Very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Cordoba.

Beautifully clean, new apartment in a great location for walking along the river to all the main sights of Cordoba. Air conditioning was super quiet and very much appreciated!! Received a lot of helpful information from the owners via What’s App on local restaurants etc and they even kindly arranged a taxi pick up for us when we left.

Road was a little noisy even through the double glazing - traffic noise.

the property is light, airy, comfortable and clean in a contemporary style. it is by the river and excellent for accessing all the places of interest- all approx 10-15 mins walk. It is well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely linen I was able to make contact easily for advice and information and the response was prompt and helpful. I was also sent information about good places to eat and events if interest.

Amazing apartment, beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed. Wonderfully helpful host, so accommodating and quick to reply. Was lucky to find street parking close by. Felt very safe and quiet at night. Super close to all the sights of Cordoba. Very walkable, didn't need my car at all for 4 days.

My impression was that the apartment would be on an upper floor (2nd floor, as in the Q&A), however i got a ground floor unit with windows next to the sidewalk. I couldn't leave the curtains open to let light in, because passersby would peep in the window, and loiter on the outside window sill which was disturbing. Host offered another unit later, she was very accommodating. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Location is excellent. Accommodation clean, new and confortable. Owner responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. We were really happy overall.

Although it is quiet neighborhood and the building has really good sound insulation, during the Easter week, some noise from procession and people strolling on the streets can be heard in ground floor appartement during the evening.

Excellent apartment for short and longer stays. It's fully equipped and super comfortable. I ended up staying six days and would definitely return. Plenty of good value restaurants nearby but it's also possible to cook since the kitchen is well stocked. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Wifi was excellent for getting some work done. Modern tv with Netflix. It's a good value proposition compared to hotels. Only about five minutes to the mezquita.
